The college life at NIET.

Overall Rating
I got this institute in Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling last year via JEE Mains rank and as I am from Bihar, I got this college under all India quotas. It is an Autonomous University. College life here is normal not so fancy. The main problem is to keep up with the 85% attendance criteria. Different types of tech-fest and hackathons are organized in which we can participate to improve our knowledge.
 

Academics Rating
This college has been approved of as an Autonomous University. This means that they can modify their own syllabus according to the industry requirements. Students have to study only those subjects which are relevant to their domain. One can take admission here via UPTU Counseling or even direct admissions are entertained.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculty members are well educated and well-trained in their field. They all have some high background of education and research in their domain. They are all very supportive to the students. Faculty members can help a student with any kind of problem but for that student have to approach them in an appropriate and respectful way.
 

Placement Rating
There is a Placement Cell at my institute. Before the placement season they help students in training, learning different skills and preparing for the entrance tests, interviews and with all the technicalities related to placement.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is not so great, but it is moderate. Campus size is small. First year students' batch have a separate campus while all other year students have different campus. This has been done for the smooth transition of students from school-life to college-life. There are different blocks for different domain.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is moderate as there are many different types of clubs of every zone. One interested in anything can find a club related to it and can join them to improve their knowledge and skill. Not many fests are being organized but whatever is being organized is good. One can thoroughly enjoy these events with their friends.

It is little bit stricter than other institutes nearby but the academics of the institute are quite good and there is no issue about the academics. Institute environment is also good.     NIET provides the best learning environment compared to other NCR colleges. Since it is an autonomous institution, hence there are many advantages that students get from it like, syllabus based on industry required skills. Overall Placements are good! This institution is different from many others like it is autonomous. Syllabus is made by the college management which is based on the Industrial skill requirements.     NIET college is good for skills development, as there are various interesting extracurricular activities which develop skills in a student. They mainly focus on Speaking skills as it is very important to improve our vocabulary skills as MNC hires those employees who have proper knowledge of communication and knowledge of how to interact with people.     Strong placement record, experienced faculties, Clean Environment, transportation services are also very good. One of the best Institutes that I have seen in Greater Noida. There are lots of fests organized in this Institute and the students are also nice. They come from a very good family background.     NIET is a good institute when it comes to placements. Admission in NIET is mainly done through AKTU counseling and courses are allotted through the JEE rank. The first year fee submitted in the institute during admission was 179000 rupees, which includes tuition fee, exam fee, student welfare charges and many more. In addition, the institute hostel charges are different based on AC/Non AC. the hostel fee for 4 seater is 93600 rupees. For fees waivers, it is 60000 for first year and 40000 from th...
