3rd best in Pune for engineering

Overall Rating
I chose this institute because I always wanted a college which balances study and extracurricular activities both. Also, the college has good placements. College focuses on current industrial requirements and designs the curriculum according to that. College campus is small but it is enjoyable and seniors are cool and supportive.
 

Academics Rating
The college offers B.Tech having 7 different branches. You can get admission into the college through JEE Mains or MHT-CET. You can get admission in the college by CAP round or SPOT round. Since the college is autonomous, it designs the curriculum of its own. You can consider it as a motive for enrolling in this program.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of the college is excellent. Most of the professors are highly educated and pursuing post graduation from top colleges in India. Also, the behavior of the faculty is very friendly with the students. Their presentation and explanation skills are next level.
 

Placement Rating
College has its own Training and Placement Office from which students of VIT and its sister institute VIIT is trained and placement opportunities are provided.
 

Hostel Rating
College doesn't have its own hostel but it is partnered with Stanza Living.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College's infrastructure is above average. It consists 4 building. The campus area is spread in an area of approx. 5 acres. It has one lawn and one cricket ground. College has 2 canteens and also one Nescafe. College has one printing shop inside the campus. A vending machine is also present in the main building. One auditorium is there also for various sessions and events.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is excellent. You will never regret for the campus life. There are more than 60 clubs in the college. 2 big events named Vishwotsav and Melange happens every year. There is a special committee for organizing the events named 'EPEC'. The committee has various domains which can be helpful for improving various skills.

    To start with a summary of VIT Pune, I feel that it is definitely a place that everyone should consider while studying for MHT CET.     VIT is a very good college for placements and infrastructure. The teachers are better but the syllabus is amazing. It is different from other colleges and my experience here was very good.   • VIT Pune Admissions: Process, Criteria, and Scholarships
     

    Overall Rating
    After merger of two Institutes, VIIT (VIT Kondhwa) and VIT Pune, this became easier for me to get admission in Tech branches. In other branches also faculty members are well experienced and the curriculum is well designed after the merger of both Institutes. For CS and CS related branches almost same syllabus is there.
