Overall Rating
Our college is situated in Ranchi which is the capital of state Jharkhand. Being in the state of Jharkhand, it provides a lot of placement opportunities for core branches like mechanical, material science, and production engineering. Many industries are there in Jharkhand like Tata steel company and others.
 

Academics Rating
Being an Institute of National Importance, it has hectic and busy schedule of classes. There is no relaxation in attendance policy of college you have to maintain 75 percent attendance strictly. Our college has branches like computer engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, and material science engineering.
 

Faculty Rating
A lot of quality and experienced professor are there in our college. Each professor is well qualified and expert in his / her field. Faculties of our college are also supportive in nature. They will guide you and can give time for your project. If you are working on then they will provide necessary stuff in the case you need it.
 

Placement Rating
Placement of our college is decent. In recent years there is quite a growth in the placement that can be seen. Almost 3 to 4 students got placements this year. As many industries are there in our state so you can accept good placement in core branches.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel given to first year of college is in bad condition whereas newly build hostel are allotted in second and third year. So don't expect a nice and fantastic hostel in the very first year of college. Also in first year 3 occupation rooms are given to each student and in upcoming year you will get a single occupancy rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
All the department and hostel buildings including Academic building are well maintained. New building and hostel are also being constructed. Our college has recently made its name into Institute of National Importance this year so, it will bring more funding. Therefore, there will be more work on the infrastructure of our college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very beautiful and enjoyable here. Senior-junior culture is very supportive here. You can have fun with your friends and can explore the beautiful places nearby areas. Many sports facility are also there so you can participate in various sport tournaments. Cultural as well as technical fests happen in our year college once a year. Various society and clubs are also there in our college.

    This is one of the prestigious institutes in Jharkhand. Earlier, it was under Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT) but, today it is a deemed university. The alumni of this institute are present at good place in India and also in foreign. Many are head and managing directors of companies. This institute is best for Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineering. This institute offers 100 percent placement in this branch.     Overall Rating
    NIAMT located at Hatia, Ranchi is filled with greenery all around. This institute is Asia's only institute that trains students in the field of Foundry and Forge technology. Even though it is a core branch based institute, with the evolution of Computer Branch in the institute, it has started a path towards IT with manufacturing skills.
