JECRC University B.Tech Review By Shami Akhtar

Experience at JECRC University till now is great. I got a lot of support from teachers and college in my studies. My social life in this college is the best part. This college provides a scholarship that's really a life saver for me. I really enjoy the events that are organized by the college at the end I can rate a solid 8/10 to this college.

There are many courses that are offered by JECRC University. I'm pursuing B.Tech in this college which is most demanded course in this college. The courses that are offered here are B.Tech, BBA, B.com, B.Sc, B.A, BA LLB, B.Sc, LLB, M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, M.com, MA, LL.M, MPT, Diploma, PhD and many more. The eligibility criteria in most of the courses are same that is min 55% marks at 10+2 and for Mitch min 55% marks in B.Tech. You should really consider pursuing B.Tech degree in this college as its better compared to other private colleges.

Most of the teachers are very helpful and humble. All the teachers have PhD degrees. Some teachers teach very well explain every topics while some teachers have no interest in teaching. Their style of teaching is like every other basic private college using whiteboard and a marker to explain topics.

Placement at JECRC university is average. Its average package is 8 to 9 laths. The highest package this year was 50 laky from B.Tech. JECRC have a placement cell which helps every student from average too good to find its best possible job.

Our college has 4 hostels, 3 for boys and 1 for girls. There are two types of rooms in AC and non-AC. The hostel from outside looks exactly like the academic buildings. The rooms are pretty small. Everyone have their own private room. There are many strict rules for students living at hostel. Warden takes attendance of every student living in hostel. Food is included with the hostel. There is one bed, table and a cupboard in every room. Students can play games during evening. There is a badminton court for hostellers

There are three building in our campus I) Science block II) Engineering block III) Law block. The design of these buildings is very basic the building is not even plastered from outside or inside either. There are two libraries, one gym, a basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, volleyball court. There is a cafeteria and mess too.

Campus life is not very good. The environment in the college is very dull. There are many clubs in the college like Mavrick (photography and cinematography club), Swaraag (music club), JU Vouge (Fashion Club), Quintessence crew (Dance Club) and many more. The clubs I mentioned above are partially active But the other clubs like coding clubs including GDSC, COSEC these clubs are completely dead. No activities happen in them. There is a annual fest in out college called Rhythm. This fest is really great and it is the best fests compared to other colleges in Jaipur. There are a lot of engagement activities and workshop happens in the college.
