A great college with good placements

Overall Rating
Overall, IIT Patna is a great institute with amazing placement statistics and internships stats. The institute has state of the art infrastructure in Bihar. I personally linked the Central Lecture Hall situated in the heart of IIT Patna also the chill college life is the best part you can get not just in this, but almost any IIT.
 

Academics Rating
Academically IIT Patna is very sound with interactive and creative professors and TAs, some of them are gems in their fields, also there are almost 20 of them who are among top 2% of the world's scientists list, which make them even profound. There is a tutorial block where we are being taught the subjects with the help if tutorials.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties members are mixed some of them are young and talented and some are old but gold for the institute as they are the pillars of the institute. The teaching styles are different for all of them, but truly speaking every style is worth listening and understanding. They understand our problems and come to us with relevant solutions.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are very good. Overall average was around 23.8 LPA and for Electrical Department it was around 25 LPA. Some of the big companies like Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc. come for placements every year.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are spacious and comfortable for the students with almost all basic amenities like water cooler, washing machine, fans, etc. The first-year students get C.V. Raman Hostel with 3 in 1 accommodation.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is very good in IIT PATNA with many buildings each designated to a specific work also they are maintained throughout the year. Some of them are Gymkhana, Academic Building with Library, Food Court, Tutorial Block, Central lecture hall, Sports Complex and many more. All of them are equipped with all basic amenities.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very good and full of pleasures. Crowd here is from all over the country with 20% seats reserved for female candidates appearing for JEE Advanced. There are many places in the institute where students can relax and have fun with their friends like Gymkhana (Badminton, Squash, TT, Yoga, etc.), Sports Complex (Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Skating, etc.)

    It's been just three months at the college, yet it feels like an amazing hustle I've been through. First and foremost, the academics at the college are not even a bit stressful.     My experience of IIT Patna has been great so far. Here we get world class faculties and infrastructures, most importantly the IIT community, i.e. being around the best minds of the nation. For my JEE advanced rank this was the college I was getting Computer Science in, so I took this college for my studies.     Firstly, talking about academics, yes, here at IIT Patna academics is tough. Academic curriculum is designed such that an average IITian can cope up with it. Professors are very good, helpful and highly qualified and have gone through a very rigorous selection process for being a faculty here. College life is pretty good.     According to me, I have a decent experience at IIT Patna, from highs to lows in a small span. The activities are sometime seems to be exaggerated but on the other hand, many times it is a fun. The lab reports firstly were headache but now it's interesting to make them and do practical. I have now experienced how exams are conducted at IIT.
