My Experience in JBIET

Overall Rating
Firstly, I was expecting sports in the college because I was interested in sports so much, but sports were not there in first year it is a restriction, faculty was average some faculty are good and others don't even know minimum about their subject, fests were not there as compared to other colleges they are very rare, the maintenance of the college is not good like washrooms for boys.
 

Academics Rating
I was studying ECE in the college, I got 60k rank in the TS EAMCET, I was qualified in the second phase, ECE is a hardware and software course even we can get government and software jobs, ECE will have a good future in upcoming years, the subjects are quite hard, but we can understand if we have some knowledge about electricity and circuits.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculty are IIT graduates, faculty are just average not good and also not bad, their teaching techniques are also not at all good, they will go through subject don't have complete knowledge, but they have enough knowledge to teach basics just, theory teachers are good enough, but lab teachers don't have enough knowledge about the equipment.
 

Placement Rating
The highest package was 12 LPA, and the average package is 4-6 LPA, we have to get 6.0 above CGPA to qualify for the placements and do not have backlogs.
 

Hostel Rating
Boys' hostels are just average not value for the money, girls' hostels are good they have good infrastructure, and it is new hostel, boys hostel looks likes very old and don't have proper maintenance, I don't recommend boys' hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is average even though the college has big area and looks big the infrastructure is just average the entrance of the college is below average, and the blocks looks very old and not under proper maintenance, there are many blocks like for engineering and medical, pharmacy, law, medical, and there are over three engineering colleges, and many engineering blocks but looks very old.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good we can enjoy with our friends, and we have enough freedom to enjoy ourselves, the crowd is average at every place also we have enough privacy to enjoy our own privacy, the fests are very rare once a year the student activities center will conduct all the events, we don't have clubs for event organisation we have SAC which conduct all the events.

    The college is just average, don't expect about free internships in second year you have to do it outside or paid internships inside the college and fests are even rare as compared to other colleges.     Yes, our JBIT college is a good college we can get knowledge practically through labs. In our college there is separate building for workshops and labs. Our college has many branches and we have pharmacy courses too. Our college is having library where everyone students and faculty can learn the subject deeply.... Read Full Review

    I have joined this college on the basis of my EAMCET rank and as far as my experience is concerned. I have chosen this college as it has good number of placements every year but actually it's not up to the mark and good at academics and I also concerned regarding the fee structure which is very reasonable as I was economically poor and within the economic limits it's the better college not the best, I suggest people if you want to be adjusted then I will recommend this college....     I came to know about JBIET from my seniors and I received that college as my 1st JEE exam center so at that time I visited the college first time. The college has a mice infrastructure.
