MAIT: A detailed review

Overall Rating
As of now I am in 2nd year in my college, and I know a little bit about the college. MAIT is one of the best colleges among IPU but lower then DTU or NSIT. This college has average infrastructure, lab facilities and placement. Teachers only give here assignments and a lot of return work which makes everyone busy and there is a very less chance of getting free time for other activities like coding hackathons and society.
 

Academics Rating
You could opt this college if you got computer science and engineering here because in this college only priority will be given to computer science students. Although everyone does code here. Academically this college teacher a syllabus which was so old and lack of modern requirements. In first year of engineering, we have to study physics chemistry and mathematics and if we talk about Computer Science Engineering the subjects for CSE will start from 2nd year.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties here are good because all did their masters and faculty are good, but the higher department force them to pressure and force students by giving a lot of assignments, and written works. There will be a small chance of getting time for other activities. Faculty is very nice hair because they help us in every aspect like academics or personal problem.
 

Placement Rating
Placement in this college is average because various students avail their placements of campus by doing coding, but this college provides a smaller number of companies, so a lot of students are hired by mass recruiting companies like TCS, Cognizant and Infosys. Show the average package becomes nearly 7 to 10 LPA also the college does not provide good internship opportunities.
 

Hostel Rating
This college has only one hostel which is only for boys not for girls and the cost of hostel for 1 year is too much like 1,50,000 + so various students don't take hostels because of price factor so they take flat or PG. But the hostel has both AC and non-AC rooms with single double and triple capacity.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure in this college is a little bit odd but also not so good not so bad as we can see this college has average infrastructure because having nice labs nice PC and all computer requirements, dances and classes are also good and the corridors are covered with CCTV surveillance washrooms are also good.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good in this college because this college has a lot of societies clubs like atom robotics for robotics and Keyara for fashion and techno the official society of computer science engineering. This college has also the societies for personal development like public speaking, book reading and for this we have literary umbrella and a lot of society. Also, very societies for making drones, cars, etc.

    Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is the best Engineering institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. With its 25th anniversary, MAIT has established itself as a top choice for Computer Science Engineering students.     I am pursuing Bachelor of Technology from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. Its campus area is something 10 acres. 4-5 canteens are available and labs are good in condition. Placement Records are good in this college. Average Placement is 7-8 lakhs in present.     Maharaja Agresen Institute of Technology (mait) is overall a decent college for engineering. NIRF ranking of this college lies between 200 to 250.
