Best alumni base you will find her out of all the state government college /universities. Huge campus of around 350 acres. Remarkable environment for study as more than 90% of the students here belong to middle class families so they are driven to make their surroundings suitable for study. That kind of makes you feel the peer pressure to be studios. Faculty is very helpful and in some particular branches they are very strict and want you to be disciplined which again are good for the students pursuing their degree here.

When it comes to academics, I feel environment is all that matters. That driving force which this university has is because of the hard-working students here. Proper scheduling of semester examinations and proper practical schedules, completion of lab assignments on time, viva etc. act as cherry on the cake. As this is a very prominent and very old and prestigious college of Uttar Pradesh its labs are full of all the machines and equipment in the respective branches' labs. Lab assistants are also there to help the students out. Extra tutorial classes are also held in order to help the students with their doubts in numerical solving and practicals.

Faculty is helpful and to some extent strict. New VC has been assigned to the university he has marvelous academic record and the academics have also enhanced since he arrived. The faculty of all the departments are good and right fit for the respective department but one thing I want to focus on here is that Electrical department has very well-structured faculty line every one of electrical department is very well natured and decent. As I also belong to the electrical; department so I know this department to its very core.

Yes, our college also has Training and Placement Cell like every other college/university. Average package received by B.Tech students at this college is 6-7 LPA though the condition during the recession is a bit tough as the market is being very rough these days so due to minimum openings the situation is tough these days but overall, the average package is same as mentioned earlier. The maximum package received by btech'22 batch as 36 LPA but the maximum package received by btech'23 is 52 LPA at Google. So, from these records you can have the idea of placements. Also, for the core branches reputed companies visit. For core branches ABG and L&T companies visit along with JSW and MG Motors.

Being honest keeping in mind that this is a government college and a hosteller has to pay around 96k per semester, the hostel condition isn't that good. But again here's perk for those who got allotted new girls hostel that has been built last year only. There are several 5 girls hostels namely Saraswati Bhawan - allotted to 3rd and final year girls (oldest and not so good in condition but R.O. and washing machines are available), mess food is okay. Kalpana Chawala Bhawan is allotted to 2nd year and PhD scholar girls (condition is good, mess food is also good, washing machines and water coolers are also available in this hostel). Kasturba Bhawan is allotted to other course girls other than B.Tech, this hostel has most spacious room than the rest of the hostels. Again, washing machines and water coolers are also available for this hostel as well. Sarojini Bhawan is allotted to 2nd year girls (condition is as good as Saraswati Bhawan Hostel, mess food is also ok). New Girls Hostel is newly built and in very good condition also. This hostel is allotted to first year girls. A canteen is also there for all the girls’ hostels and closing time of the hostel is 12:30 am. For boy’s hostels, there are several 7 boys’ hostels in the campus. Rest some boy will be able to review it better.

The overall campus area of this university is 350 acres. A new academic Block has been built in 2023 and opening is done with the hand of respected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath. The tender for the admin block was 12 crores. A new auditorium is also under construction. All the departments are separately made. A giant library is also there including a reading room and section of digital library. A sports stadium with the indoor stadium is also in the campus. Faculty quarters are also there along with the faculty park.

There are two major fests being organised in the campus cultural fest and technical fest. The editorial board is also there in the university. Along with main cultural fest "Abhyudaya" and technical fest "Techsrijan" some departmental societies also organise their fest like "Electra” which is the annual techno fest of electrical engineer's legation that is the departmental society of electrical engineering. There are several societies like IEEE, The editorial board, Sports sub council, cultural synod, ACE, day scholars club, EEL, CES (Computer engineering society).
