Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus B.Tech Review By Sidrala Deepak

I am studying in Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus. I am pursuing electrical and electronics engineering in Bachelor of Technology. The overall Experience At the college is good. To be frank, my EAMCET rank made me to choose this particular college. I would prefer to go for this college because if you are an average student, this college is suitable and faculty teaching is simple where below average student can understand the teaching methodology and gain concept.

I am studying electrical and electronics engineering in B.Tech which comes under UG course. This course is about electrical and electronic industry, and this is a core course. You can join this course either by convener or management. If you want to join through convener, you need to get a good EAMCET rank and if you want to get in management, you must be some donation fee. The eligibility is a student must study intermediate or diploma and qualify the entrance exam. The main motive for enrollment in this program is if you want to get in knowledge about the core that is electrical and electronics you must join this course.

The overall faculty review is not so good. Most of the faculty members are qualified with M.Tech and GATE and very few are doctorates and PhD faculty. For first year and 2nd year students use chalk and talk method but for the third year and final year students they use PPT method for teaching students. To be genuine some faculty are aggressive and that not effective. Faculty is not that supporting; they just come and go and teach that's it.

Yes, our Institute is having placement sale. But it doesn't really help a student acquire jobs in the placement. Only limited jobs are offered and that too with low packages and recently many companies are not visiting our institution. Overall, placements review is not so good.

Yes, college is having both girls' hostel and boys' hostel and also for NRI students. The maintain separate hostels for both senior and junior students. The hostel life is very comfortable, but the cost will be more and the facilities available in the hostel are washing machine, auditorium, library, study hours and etc. The interested is good but the buildings are having so many repairs and there are no recreational activities in hostel.

The college is full of buildings and block and there is no proper playground, basketball ball court. Each course is having a separate block and there are so many canteens. And also, there is no proper greenery in the campus. The overall review of infrastructure is good only because, they were constructed at greater heights. The college is having auditorium and seminar halls, central library.

The college life is full of busy with writing works like assignments ,notes, project work, records and observations and tests etc. Due to this ,we are unable to concentrate on internships and placements. The problem you face at college is at fee counter because they show rude behaviour to students and they do not give response to students. If you are having good friends, your college life is going to be beautiful. The overall campus life is good.
