My journey at NIT Kurukshetra

Overall Rating
Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Technology in nit Kurukshetra this college is truly magnificent this campus lush green and with top class facilities and many other facilities like labs and research departments in this college. We have very big hostels for the students and this college is a proper road map for any student.
 

Academics Rating
In this college, it offers 9 branches of course. And the eligibility to get into this collage is by getting a good rank in JEE mains as per the rank we get placed into different branches. This college is the best college for students who want to pursue B.Tech and M.Tech and MBA is also available in this institution.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are good here but not up to NIT level, although they hold high degrees like PHD, masters, etc. but they don’t know how to teach well, and their teaching style are very old, so students get problem in understanding the concepts. Also, they are very strict, and they do strict checking, but as an exception some teachers are also good here.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a Placement Cell at our institute which helps students according to their interest if they are active enough. Alumni give referral for students also.
 

Hostel Rating
In the hostel, the Wi-Fi is available and single seating rooms are available for very student and the hostel providers 3 times meals and the infrastructure is descent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is little old here, they are just like old red buildings, and it still needs to be improved a lot. Classes are not held in different departments according to their different branches. Everything is messy here. There is one lecture hall here and one Siemens centre in which rarely classes held for B.Tech.
 

Campus Rating
There are different fests held here like cultural fest confluence, tech fest Techspardha, and others like E-summit, Utkarsh, etc. fests are not so huge and entertaining, but they are just okay. Different clubs are here according to students’ interest, and they can enter in them by giving proper inductions. We can roam inn lush green big campus. Overall, your campus life will be fun here.

    My thoughts regarding this college are very clear. This is the best college in Haryana. The greenery is awesome. This college provides us lot of opportunities and they did many fests. I really enjoyed so much in the fests. The seniors and the faculty members are really very good. Their behavior is very nice. The teaching style of some teachers is really good.   • Life in NIT Kurukshetra
     

    Overall Rating
    In starting I don't like the college much because there is no event, no fresher’s party, etc. But after 20 days almost every day something is happening. Sometimes I miss some events happening in college. I choose this college because this is in my state, and I got computer science in reputed NIT. Others should take look in this college because there is no ragging and mess food is decent and seniors are very supporting. According to me this college is 9/10 not 10/10 as we can't allow to go outs... Read Full Review

    National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra is a really great college. The college has a great campus with over 290 acres of area. The college is full of greenery and the infrastructure if quite good. The classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned. The college has its own lake inside the campus.
