Review of NIT KKR by its student

Overall Rating
I was crazy about Electronics. I chose this NIT because it was one of the best NIT for pursuing B.Tech in ECE in North India. It has high placements in this branch. Also, I chose this because it was in my home state. It is lovable by me, and you should also opt for it if you get. Best of luck. This is best place.
 

Academics Rating
My course is Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Kurukshetra. You need to pass through JEE exam conducted by NTA and then attend JOSSA counseling for admission. I am aspiring to perform research in Electronics branch and that's why I chose this branch. It has very wide scope.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is very well qualified. They are all almost Ph.D qualified and provide all knowledge as they have. They are hardworking and show very sincere attitude towards teaching. I believe they are perfect teachers for learning enthusiasts and also, they help students in labs. They are very energetic.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, my Institute has Placement Cell in its old administration building. The placements of this NIT are good enough.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are of old infrastructure but are connected to nature. They are enjoying place to live.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Institute has lecture hall complex, 7 departments with inbuilt labs for all students. It has wide library of capacity 300 and collection of thousands of books. It has CCN where students can go and study under cool environment. They can also take their personal pc in. It has health center and a sports Complex in 20 acres.
 

Campus Rating
I love this college life. I was hoping for the same as I took admission and today when in 3rd semester, I am enjoying it a lot. One has all activities ranging from sports, internet, studying, health, market. Students can join clubs and technical societies here. There are numerous in number. They hold responsibility for conducting technical as well as cultural fests.

    My thoughts regarding this college are very clear. This is the best college in Haryana. The greenery is awesome. This college provides us lot of opportunities and they did many fests. I really enjoyed so much in the fests. The seniors and the faculty members are really very good. Their behavior is very nice. The teaching style of some teachers is really good.   • Life in NIT Kurukshetra

    In starting I don't like the college much because there is no event, no fresher’s party, etc. But after 20 days almost every day something is happening. Sometimes I miss some events happening in college. I choose this college because this is in my state, and I got computer science in reputed NIT. Others should take look in this college because there is no ragging and mess food is decent and seniors are very supporting. According to me this college is 9/10 not 10/10 as we can't allow to go outs... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra is a really great college. The college has a great campus with over 290 acres of area. The college is full of greenery and the infrastructure if quite good. The classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned. The college has its own lake inside the campus.
