An amazing experience with MNNIT

Overall Rating
I'm a sophomore of the esteemed institute. When I first joined the college, I thought that it wouldn't be as good as other NITs and IITs there were many who were disappointed as well and cursing it. But as the time passed THE COLLEGE turned out to be a beauty, as we got to understand the city and everything around the college become our second home. And the seniors here became our mentor! From disliking the aura to falling in love with the journey, it was amazing. I can proudly say that I'm a student of MNNIT!!
 

Academics Rating
The academics here or the course structure is distributed in such a way that in each semester we get around 6 subjects. In total 50. And all these subjects are very vital for the course. There are some extra subjects which are quite fun to learn like Spanish Indian history French, etc. As in current world sticking to only the traditional way of learning isn't going to help us. In short, MNNIT which is following the NEP is doing one of the best works.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here adapts to situation and tries to understand what students seek from them. They are quite heartwarming and welcoming in nature. Sure, they are strict, but I guess being strict is also an important part of being a professor. They help us guide us and warn us as well. Some professors like Ranvijay sir who teaches automata theory is truly a man of a kind.
 

Placement Rating
MNNIT is known for its placements, every year the average placements hike up, it maintains a great number of placements given. MNNIT is one of the top 7 Engineering colleges and the best one in North India (excluding IITs).
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel here in 1st and final year is heaven. Sure, they may not be close to home, but it becomes a part of our memory that we can't forget. They are char diwari of memory joy fun tears etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MNNIT is developing its infrastructure sure the process is slow but it’s there. The library capacity is increasing a new 5-star cafe is added to the college campus. New hostels are being made with A class facilities. Old hostels are being renovated. 220 acres of land which I believe is used well. The playground sure needs some development but as the rumors say, the up-gradation work is soon to begin.
 

Campus Rating
The college life here is one of the best it's something that one may not anticipate. You'll cry laugh understand new things mature up. You'll make new friends both good and bad. They will teach you new things about you the bad ones will teach you how to make better decisions. The low CPI would make you strive more and work harder the better CPI would make you explore yourself.

If we talk about the peer group, it is really very good because there are peoples from different cultures and different countries which lead you to learn many new things which will help you to grow your personality.     MNNIT Allahabad is overall a very good college, with placement statistics rising every year. Campus life is really fun with lots of events and activities taking place throughout the year.     Overall Rating
    The overall college life at MNNIT, Allahabad is very good. The infrastructure of the college is also decent. The best thing about is its internships opportunities and also the placements. The sports facilities at the college are also good almost every sport club is present in the campus. I’ll say that after 4 years student will not regret for taking admission in this college....     After the JEE Mains exam, in which I got a decent rank I was able to get NIT with good branch. But I chose MNNIT, Allahabad because of many reasons: first is that it is near to my home, and second is that it has good placement review from seniors and YouTube. I got ECE branch which is good if I want to pursue ESE exam paper in future.... Read Full Review
