A Good Experience Overall

Overall Rating
I choose Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal because it have great placement like, almost every student got placed with very good package. MANIT also have 650 + acres of lush green campus, here we have very pure and clean environment. Teachers are not so good but okay. Hostel services are also very good but for fresher they do not allow to go outside other than class time.
 

Academics Rating
In the section of academics and in 1st year we have total 7 subjects to study. Teachers here are very knowledgeable and have great experiences with teaching but students need to focus and study to pass all the exams. We have very big library and digital library in our campus so we can go there and study with full silence and in very good environment. Moreover, here we have mandatory of 75% attendance so we cannot skip classes and it helps us t to study.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties here are very knowledgeable and have great knowledge with so much of experience. They are very friendly and if we have doubt we can directly contact them on WhatsApp or on call. Our faculties teach us in good manner and teach us about life. They all are much disciplined and always come on time to take class.
 

Placement Rating
Placements ratio is very good. Almost every student is placed here from campus placements. But here one problem is that assume when a student got placed in one company with 10 LPA but after sometime he got an offer with 15 LPA but he cannot cancel his 10 LPA package. Almost 500 companies came to take interview every year.
 

Hostel Rating
MANIT have total 12 hostels in campus. Hostel here are very good, as rooms have almost every possible needs. Toilets are cleaned on time at every 3rd day in my hostel 10. Mess food is not so bad but it is edible. They change menu almost every week.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Here Infrastructure is not so good but better than IIITs , GFTI and other govt. colleges. Here in all departments like mechanical, CSE etc have auditorium with AC and slide classrooms but for fresher here there is only fans and ventilation is okay. Computer programming lab has very new i7 computers for all the students in classrooms.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is great but one problem is also there that there is ragging happens for fresher. Here for fresher boys there is security guard assigned for 1st year to save them from ragging form seniors. Other than 1st year there so much freedom and great campus life with this beautiful 650 acres lush green campus. There are 4-5 cafes in the campus so we can enjoy there and chill out with friends.

    MANIT is a college with huge campus of around 650 acres, located in the midst of Bhopal. My journey at MANIT so far has been both exiting and enlightening. Being located at a plateau with full of greenery, makes the campus much beautiful and attractive. MANIT has good infrastructure with all facilities.     As an esteemed and prestigious college, MANIT holds a reputed position in the good books of most of the MNC's and organizations. But it also disappoints in some respects which are also important as academics like poor hostel facilities, survivable food and a fearful environment of ragging. Overall, the institute has very impressive placements and I as a 1st year student recommend this college to join because MANIT also focuses on non-academic activities and hence you can follow your passion here...     Overall a great college, I mean it's an institute of national importance so it is a hub of opportunities and different clubs will help you to excel in the field you are interested in, you can also play your favorite games and represent your college in different events, if you want to explore it’s a great college but the only disadvantage you will not get much freedom in 1st year you can't leave the hostel because of ragging....
