My ongoing journey at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (east Campus) has been a transformative and enriching experience. I was welcomed into the vibrant academic atmosphere and diverse community. I have searched for different colleges providing AI courses but I couldn't find the government college. Finally, I found a college in GGSIPU providing AI courses with nominal fees (compared to private colleges).

University School of automation and robotics (USAR) is a university school of GGSIPU East Campus. USAR provides four computer science courses namely Artificial intelligence and data science, Artificial intelligence and machine learning, Industrial Internet of things and finally the Automation and robotics course. To get into this college you should have a good JEE main rank around 40k for admission through IPU counseling. Each course have different cut offs. You can check it out at IPU counseling website.

Faculty at USAR are quite brilliant and own high degrees (PhD) in their respective fields. Some faculties relate some hard concepts with real life examples to get better understanding. The style of teaching of each faculty is quite different from other faculties. From second year, you will get core subject faculties. I personally enjoyed when faculty explaining concepts.

Infrastructure of the college is fantastic and good looking. The structure of the main building is unique as it is as semi circle kept on a ground. The main building has two blocks A and B. A block is for USAR college and B block is for USDI (University School of Design and innovation) and a big central Library in between them. Classrooms have flexible seats for seating (as it is in cinema halls) and all Classrooms and corridors with centralized AC. There are different seating blocks for enjoying, chill zones and canteen. A big playground for sports, a sports Complex for indoor sports and a auditorium with unique structure (like hemisphere kept on a ground).

Beyond the classroom, I eagerly embraced opportunities for extracurricular environments. This college has different clubs namely Robotics club, coding club, science club, dance club, signing club, sports etc. GGSIPU has cultural fest once in a year around feb-march namely Anugoonj. Each branch has 120 students so overall you can see 300 people in campus. This University have not only equipped me with knowledge but also providing a nurturing environment for personal growth and meaning connections.
