IIT Varanasi Review

Overall Rating
Here classrooms are pretty good and also teachers are pretty helpful towards the students. It's overall a ragging free campus and seniors are pretty cooperative. Mess food quality is good. All the sports facilities are available here like swimming, cricket, hockey, football, volleyball etc. The startup culture is also good.
 

Academics Rating
Course structure for B.Tech of the college is good. All the facilities provided like lab facility, library, tutorial classes are pretty helpful towards academics. If someone had qualified JEE advanced exam it's not much of a trouble for him/her for study. The entire department has their own uniqueness, so it doesn't matter much.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers are so helpful towards students and in the tutorial classes tutors are also present for extra doubts and assignments are provided for the students for better understanding of students. Teachers are too good in their fields and have done great research in their fields. They are cooperative with the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is too good and hostel buildings are well built. Campus is so beautiful and department buildings are so beautiful and the facilities offered are pretty helpful for new students. For indoor sports student activity centre is also present and every have access to that. Temple is also present in the campus for visit.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is too good and it's a open campus college so the roads are pretty crowded every time and the culture of this place is too good. There are many clubs for participating and every activity has their clubs and it's helpful for personal improvement. Cultural fest of the college is awesome, and sports fest is also wholesome to watch.

    IIT BHU is currently ranked 10 in NIRF ranking 2024. The college has very good environment for academics and personal development. So many clubs and societies are there to help a student in his / her extracurricular growth. The college has tech clubs like aero modeling, robotics, coding club, and more.     The overall experience at IIT BHU is like dream fulfilling, had a rigorous curriculum, research opportunities and highly educated faculties for the academics. I really like the sports facilities offered by the institute and joyful & memorable experiences at the festivals. But when it comes to hostel life is really get emotional because hostel is the true heart of the students where they live for 4/5 years as their home and friends as siblings.     Generally considered excellent with high placement rates and attractive average salary packages IIT, BHU has a large campus with well-equipped labs, updated facilities, and a dedicated sports infrastructure but some academic buildings might appear outdated with traditional classrooms and there is no AC in classrooms.
