IIT HYDERABAD Overall Review

Overall Rating
My experience joingin the collage was great. The reason I chose IIT Hyderabad is it is one of the fastest growing IITs out there. It has fantastic architecture. I was fascinated by the new branch started which just a year ago I joined the college, which is Biotechnology and Bioinformatics (BT - BI).
 

Academics Rating
The requirements are that the candidate must attempt both JEE mains and JEE Advanced and should have cleared both of them and should undergo the counseling process organised by JoSaa. The courses offered at IIT Hyderabad Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bio Tech and Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineeering,Civil, Mechanical, Material Science, etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here at IIT Hyderabad is great. Most of the professors are from good IITS and who did their post doc in foreign countries. The most of the faculty also lives in the campus, so you can approach them regarding any query. They are ready to help you. They go deeper into the subject and make sure that every student understands.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, placements happens every year. That is taken care by Office Career Services (OCS) of IITH.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are good. Every student gets a single sharing hostel rooms. Every floor has about 30 such room. The facilities are great.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is inspired by Japaneese technology. The hostels are uniquely designed and have a cooling system called the radiant cooling system. This cools the rooms by passing cooled water through the wall. The academic blocks are also well designed and maintained. There is an entire building for every branch. The labs and classes for a particular branch happen in their own building.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life till now has been like a dream come true. It has a canteen that is open till middle of the night. You can hangout with your friends, eat, have fun at the canteen all night. There are some restaurant nearby and Sanga Reddy also has some good hotels to visit. You are allowed to leave and enter the campus any time you want, only requirement is you must have your ID Card with you.

    I am enjoying a lot in IIT Hyderabad. The hostel and food facilities are also good compared to my worst facilities in my intermediate. The courses offered by the academic are reasonable.     Indian Institute of Hyderabad is an excellent and fastest growing among all IITs. Its infrastructure is attractive and mesmerizing. The campus is expanded in 576 acres of land.
