How I felt at NIT Jalandhar

Overall Rating
The instructions of NIT Jalandhar is very nice, I am a 2nd year student of National institute of technology Jalandhar, the main reason to choose this institute is placement and the second one is it is situated in north part of India, this college provide good opportunities for the students, in this college my department placement is too good.
 

Academics Rating
In this college 12 different branch are available, my branch is Electronics and Communication department, to take this college you have to clear the JEE main, in this college the placement is too good as compared to others institution, also here many fests are organised so you can enjoy also, or many sports are available here.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members of my college are good, some professors are really nice but some of them are hard to students, mostly the teachers have good background colleges here have tutorial facilities also available, in tutorial Ph.D scholars taught about the classroom discussion, they try to practice the question problem of particular subject.
 

Placement Rating
Placement of my college is really nice, when we talk about all over placement we get 12 LPA, and when we talk about my branch electronic and communication it goes to 18 LPA, that is higher than the CSE also.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, in the college also have residential facilities, the hostel life is too good but when we talk about mess food the quality is not good, in first year the mess food is good but in 2nd year we come in mega boys hostel the food quality is too low.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of NIT Jalandhar is quite good to other NITs, we can say that the infrastructure is top level of my college, here too many buildings like snacker, ECE building, IT building, CSE building, science department, workshop building, maths department, library and the digital library also.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is too good of NIT Jalandhar, all over 6 thousand students currently studying in college, here too many clubs are available u can choose according to your interest, here mostly two fests are organised first is techNITi that is tech fest and second one is utkansh that is cultural fest of NIT Jalandhar and here also organised sports fest.

    Overall Rating
    This was the best institute and branch according to my JEE score. As it is a central government institute, it provides a vast range of placement opportunities and internships. The campus is decent with a lot of greenery. For first year students, the curriculum is very tight and hostel timings are very strict. Hostels are very good and provide all the necessary amenities.   • NIT, Jalandhar : Better Than My Expectations

    Earlier, I was not about to take admission here but as the situations changed after my JEE Mains result, this institute was offering me the best I could get based on my rank, Information Technology. I searched about this institute and got mixed reviews. Somehow I finally decided to take admission here.
