RMK college details

Overall Rating
RMK is good college, but they will take lakhs of donation for different types of courses, and they will tell compulsory placement will be given but they will not get a good placement. The rules of the college are very strict, no phones are allowed, and no boy should talk with a girl, or no girl should talk with a boy. The faculty is not very much better it is just ok, and exams will be conducting every weekend. We cannot enjoy the engineering life in RMK.
 

Academics Rating
For every course the minimum marks of the student should have 60 percent. If you are a Tamil Nadu student, no need to pay fees if you have good TNEA rank or otherwise you need to pay donation. If you want to select CSE then please learn any specific language while joining college before you should not bring you phone to college.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty will not very nice if you are a CSE student and EEE or ECE. If you a civil student, then you will get somewhat good faculty only Tamil and Telugu student can join the college because faculty will tell class in their own language for Hindi or other language it will take late to understand. Faculty will not give internal marks if we are not good with them.
 

Placement Rating
Placement is not good, it’s ok. I will just give 2.0 rating for placement out of 5.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is very good, and food is also very nice they will give their own lockers.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure will be very good. Each class will provide with a projector and no AC in class and library is ok and washroom are also just ok because they will be not very nice overall, it is not very nice it's just ok. Labs are nice every instrument is available in labs. Only few blocks are very nice.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life will be very boring we cannot enjoy the life we should always study and write exams it will be like intermediate life only no changes. We should not talk with girls the rules will very strict and you should not bring the phones also.

    I'm currently pursuing 3rd year in RMK Engineering college and the overall experience of the college was pretty good. If I see overall the first thing that comes to mind is their placement.     The main thing that comes into mind when we select RMK College is the security that is provided.     The institute is best for placement. Moreover if you are a hosteller, RMK is a much secured place. Even the below average student can get placed easily, because they start their training from the 1st year. Food is extremely good and hygiene.
