My golden experience in NIT

Overall Rating
My experience in my college is very good and I have collected many memories. Even though I had spent little time in college because of lockdown I enjoyed a lot in college when we stayed. I liked the environment so much, that night lights on the road to walk with friends and those canteens, that library everything.
 

Academics Rating
Coming to the academics, it was really good. I studied Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) in that college. My experience was good. To study there, you should get below 10k rank to get ECE. You need 10th class mark sheet, intermediate mark sheet, EWS certificate if applicable and income certificate and JEE mains rank sheet.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty here is very good. They will teach you through their own experiences and also, they will teach you shortcuts to solve the problems easily and also, they are well educated. Each teacher has done research on Their interested fields and also graduated from some popular universities and top colleges.
 

Placement Rating
Coming to the placements, each and every single student will get placed if you are interested in placements and if you are interested in getting job. Those who want to study abroad, teachers will also guide you and also, we have placement cell to help and guide you.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, coming to the hostels we have separate more than 10 -10 blocks for both boys and girls. Each building is named differently. And each room has entry of 1 person if you are final year and all will have same dining hall which is very big, and the food is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Coming to the infrastructure of the college it is really constructed. Starting from the main gate, it was decorated with fish or dolphin symbols. And after going inside, you will have garden of many flower plants and then a big decoration of institute displaying its name. And security is also very good. They will each and every person to enter. And each branch has different buildings of different colors and canteen was superb with less prices.
 

Campus Rating
Totally my experience in my college was excellent and coming to the fests. Every year we will have big fest of 3 days and remaining days we will have cultural fest, traditional day, onam and so on. Many fests for each and every festival and occasion we dress up and celebrate like festival with friends. And also, we had many clubs for each and small thing and anybody can be part of it and can share their ideas to make the fest or event grand success.

    Currently I am in 2nd year ECE. I chose this course because of my interest in semiconductors. In NIT AP, the ECE branch is very active. Coming to institute, the infrastructure is good because it is built in modern era. The institute has vast campus area of 175 acres. My overall experience in institute is nice.     National Institute of Technology is one of the fastest growing NIT in India. It has all modern infrastructures and overall is a pretty decent institute for one's career. The reason I choose this institute is due to its infrastructure. It has latest hostel blocks and has very good facilities.     It is a pretty good college. You need to learn a lot on your own rather than just from lectures. There's fun stuff like clubs, technical, and cultural fests and they've added some new food stalls which is a nice improvement. Overall, it's a good place to be.     Overall Rating
    Overall, I have had a good experience in the past 3 years. Although this college may not be the top choice, it is adequate for those with average JEE mains scores. If you have an average JEE Main score and want to enroll in a government recognized institution, this college may be the best option. Currently, I am in the ECE Branch, and I would say that this branch is doing pretty well academically. When looking at all aspects of college, I would say it's above average.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    I started my B.Tech in 2020 in CSE branch. I chose CSE because I am passionate about app development and web development so, If anyone wants to get into any NIT you have to clear JEE mains exam and for CSE branch a student at least needs the percentile more than 98 for OBC, OC students and for SC, ST students, need above 85 percentile. Any student passionate about technology like web, app, data, etc. should choose CSE and the jobs in CSE is higher than other branches. I personally chose NIT AP b... Read Full Review
