Good experience

Overall Rating
This university is known as 'Oxford of the East' and 'The IAS Factory'. So, from that you can understand why you have to take admission here. The syllabus of Arts stream subjects is very similar to the syllabus of UPSC and PCS, so if you are willing to appear in these exams then I'll suggest to take admission here.
 

Academics Rating
You just have to be 12th pass for taking admission here and nothing else is required. However, you also have to appear in a test and based on your marks you can take admission. If you are not able to clear the cut-off of the main campus, then you can go for some other colleges under this university but that is also based on the cut-off.
 

Faculty Rating
As I was studying here during the COVID-19 period, I have not gotten in touch with a lot of professors. However, those who were taking classes during that period via online mode were good and supportive. Like, they will clear all your doubts and sometimes they don't teach us to clear our doubts. Although some of the professors were not like that, their prime focus was to complete the course.
 

Placement Rating
No placements in arts faculty.
 

Hostel Rating
I have no idea about the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The College Campus is grand and beautiful but I haven't explored it much because of the COVID restrictions, online classes were conducted by the university. There is a big library too. The office of the Vice Chancellor and other major offices were located in the Arts faculty and currently, a medical college is under construction.
 

Campus Rating
I spent my whole college life on just a mobile screen but still, the experience was good as I joined the poetry club and there I learned a lot of things and also a lot of events. There are various other groups and clubs which you can join as per your interest and also multiple events arranged in which you can showcase your talent.

    I am in BA LLB program at the University of Allahabad which was erstwhile regarded as the Oxford of East. You could get admission through CUET exam and you have to score decent marks for getting a seat in BA LLB at Allahabad University because it's one of the most demanding courses of AU.     The University of Allahabad is one of the most leading central universities, where students are admitted based on their CUET marks. Here, I will review the Law faculty of this university. Overall, the department stands as a distinguished part of the university. The Law faculty produces excellent alumni which are evident through the UP PCS J results.     University of Allahabad is one of the topmost Central Universities in India.
