My college is VVIT, which is located at Nambur, Guntur district. The college’s environment is good and it is autonomous. It gives more opportunities to get placement and we have more other activities like sports, events, clubs which makes student more comfortable to build their career. We had a library and it contains more information about studies. At any time we can refer the books to gain knowledge. I choose this college because of good environment and good opportunities to get job with good package. Our college has placement which is offered from companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. Because of all these I choose Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology.

I choose Electronics and Communication Engineering instead of Computer Science Engineering because of the opportunities at electronic group. We can achieve software and hardware jobs in electronics. We can go through EAMCET ranks to join at college; it must be below 30000 ranks at EAPCET. Electronics course has more opportunities like VLSI, EMBEDDED SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE, etc. This course has more scope to get job after the completion of graduation.

Our faculty behaves more friendly with us and helps us to achieve good percentage and knowledge about the course. They give more plans to achieve the things what we want. Our college faculty are PhD doctorates. Professors have more knowledge about the course and convey subject in a good manner.

Yes, our college has a training and placement cell. We have every week 3 hours training to get job quickly. They conduct exams on this to get awareness at what we have learnt in this and what we have to learn. Many of the students got placement with good package at big companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, etc.

We have hostel at our college for boys and girls. Hostel is safe to live and has good infrastructure, food facilities and more comfortable to live. They observe us 24 hours to avoid bad habits and bad things. They make tasty food to us. Coming to the facilities, they are enough to live at hostel.

We had a good infrastructure and every class has air conditioner for comfort. We have digital classes for whole college and block for every branch and department. It has good laboratories and equipment. They allow us to go to labs every time we have any idea to implement. We have big library at our central block, which contains more books and knowledge about our core branch. We can take books for 3 to 4 days for personal reading otherwise we can stay and gain the knowledge from books.

Campus life was good and it has best infrastructure. Every week our college clubs on Fridays conducts activities. Our college contains maximum 5 thousand students. Every year on December they conduct fests and annual day for relief of students. In this fest other colleges can also participate. For me and other students, these facilities are enough to build career at VVIT college.
