I'm an alumni of Bharati Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College completing BHMS degree, and would be glad to recommend you this college. Homeopathy is a science that helps you cure patients from their illness permanently, and to study such a science, a proper authoritative college staff is a must! In this course we were taught in detail right from the details of dissection on cadavers to the application of treatment on our patients.

After completion of BHMS you can start your homeopathic practice or can do job in hospitals as a MO or you can also prepare and do your Masters in homoeopathy to enhance your knowledge. There is one year of compulsory internship in which students are placed in various departments for them to have the practice of interacting with the patients. The college sends students to peripheral rural areas for camps too. There are outside postings like in cantonment hospital and ICMR postings. These practical exposures help to get the practical part of case taking and application of treatment to the patients.

In this BHMS course from the first to fourth year you study Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacy, Organon of medicine, Materia Medica, Pathology, Forensic medicine, Practice of medicine, Surgery and community medicine in this college. We had the best of the teaching staff. All lecturers have a MD degree in homeopathy. There are many guest lecturers that come to teach the students in their particular visits. The teachers and doctors train the students to be prepared to deliver quality treatment to the patients in the future.

After completion of BHMS, you can open your homeopathic clinic where the income varies from 25,000 to 40,000 depending upon your caliber, or you can do a job in private hospital as a medical officer with starting salary of 20,000. After a masters degree the hospitals gives a good salary amount. During internship students are placed in various departments in the hospital for practical exposure. The doctors with a good clinical practice can earn even up to 50,000 to 60,000 a month after having experience years with good patients flow.

The hostel of Bharati Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College is available in campus itself. The hostel facility is separate for boys and girls. The food quality is okish. The security at the hostel is the one you can rest assured.

The campus of the college is safe and ragging free with pleasant greenery surrounding. Our college has a spacious library with a reading hall, the labs have all practical facilities with specimens. We have an Auditorium in the campus. There are 2 cafeterias with good quality food. There is a huge sports ground in front of college building where various competitions are held. The classrooms being huge and comfortable for students have facility of digital projection too. The building is of four stories with plenty of classrooms and separate laboratory departments for Anatomy, physiology, FMT, Pathology and pharmacy.

The college has a hospital that is in the campus itself, with much flow of patients for homeopathic treatment. The hospital is a separate building of 3 stories with separate OPD on ground floor with an inbuilt pharmacy and IPD facility in 1st floor. The hospital gives students the opportunity to see cures and practice homeopathy in college life and internship under respective teachers and doctors. The hospital has a separate auditorium where various seminars and workshops are conducted for the students and doctors for them to be in touch with the current advances in the system.

Our campus is very safe and ragging free with a friendly environment. We have yearly college fests named Dynamis, we also have other extracurricular activities like sports, drama, dancing, singing, painting and collage making competitions. We celebrate days like independence day, Republic day, yoga day and so on.

The college conducts many intercollegiate competitions like debate competition, art competition, sports competition so on and so forth, which enhances the confidence and personality of students. We also celebrate cultural days.
