GGDSD college is a college located in sector 32 Chandigarh and is considered the best college of Chandigarh. First of all, the campus of the college is very small. You have to share basketball court with the school which you can only access after 2 pm. There is no AC in the classes except the IT department. The college is filled with political parties. As soon as you enter the college there is a line of party members waiting to shake your hand. Study wise the teachers are good but students barely study and just come to complete their attendance. It is still very much better than DAV college.

The course eligibility requirements here are very strict. If you get a good Score of 90 percent and above in Chandigarh schools, you are almost guaranteed a seat. Studies here are not very difficult. If you study just before exam, you are good to go. I opted for BBA program. The teachers are good and very helpful. Also, extracurricular wise it is doing good.

The teachers are very helpful. Even if you are from non-commerce background and you opt for a commerce related course, the teachers are willing to give you extra time and persuade you to not join any coaching classes. There are no smart boards in regular class. The teaching is done through blackboard and books.

The campus is very small. There is no AC in the class. No smart board. It gets very difficult in the summer. You have to share basketball court with the school that you can only access after 2 pm. AC is only in the department. There is also University of Frazer valley and PML business school inside the campus.

The college life is fun. You can participate in various activities and clubs and join various NGOs. You get to make many friends and do various activities. You never get bored. There is always something going on in the college to keep you interested. It helps in personality development and also helps you to develop your portfolio.
