Satisfied with Shree Agrasain College

Overall Rating
I definitely had a satisfying experience at Shree Agrasian College, Howrah, West Bengal. The reason I chose this institute is because it did not have a compulsory 75% attendance criteria, which was very beneficiary for me as I am preparing for my CAT exam along with B.Com course. Other than this Calcutta University is a prestigious university over all India. I would definitely recommend this college for students who are preparing for some competitive exam and would not be able to attend college regularly.
 

Academics Rating
The course B.Com (Hons.) is a 3 yrs course consisting of 6 semesters which you have to clear with more than 4 CGPA to be passed as honors student. The total fee of this course is up to Rs71000. Anyone who has completed their 12th exam can enter in this course. My motive was to complete this graduate course so that I can opt for MBA for further studies.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers here are great with good experience in their respective field. The teaching is not just limited to textbooks, there is computer labs for practical studies. Overall, the teacher's faculty are with good experience as most of them have studied with the same university they are filled with high spirit, which provides a great environment for students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a Placement Cell in our institute. Last year in 2022 many students received their placement in TCS, Wipro, Reliance Limited, etc. with an average package of 3.6LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It provides a decent infrastructure for students with a lot of construction going on for betterment. It has a separate auditorium hall for cultural activities. Many programs are conducted every year in this auditorium. Also, it includes fest day, foundation day for students to take part it and explore their potential and enjoy their time here.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is amazing as it is nearby walking distance of many malls, restaurants, hospitals, etc. students can spend their time outside in near distance from college. Cab facilities like OLAs and Ubers are also easily available in this area. Metro facilities are also nearby the college premises.
