First of all, I thought of taking admission in some other reputed college of West Bengal and never ever thought of taking admission here. I attended admission fair, West Bengal government initiative to help students to understand admission needs and helps in getting ideas. Although I got admission in one of the colleges of Techno through WEBJEE but got a call from this college at an unexpected time and suddenly made a visit plan. To be honest, the first impression was average but considering the accommodation and some other factors, I decided to take admission here. With passing months, the atmosphere became unexpectedly out of imagination. The kind of support and knowledge being provided by the college is beyond expectations.

The basic requirement for admission is entrance examination, be it WEBJEE or JEE Mains. The college provides bachelor’s degree in different subjects. It also provides master’s degree for several branches. The college is MAKAUT affiliated and is under JIS group which is one of the biggest groups of institutions in West Bengal.

All the faculties starting for departmental subject teachers or head of the department are really helpful and at the same time they help the students in getting proper handholding. Starting from academics to any external or internal project, students can easily reach out for help. All the students get individual mentorship from the faculties.

Yes, definitely the Training and Placement Cell of the college provides huge support in a student’s complete college life cycle. From the preparation to getting a job, the placement offices provide complete support.

Although the overall infrastructure is not so catchy but the kind of support and knowledge one gets from the institution is enough to justify the value. The college provides free library where students can sit for hours to leverage their time in academic investments. At the same time, all the labs, classrooms etc are highly modernized.

As a student of the college, we got a way too much to invest ourselves. Starting from academics to cultural fields to sports, the college equally embraces every aspect. The college conducts yearly fests and other programs for the students at the same time; the college does not stand out from celebrating local festivals and programs.
