Manipal University B.Com Review By Kush Pareek

The overall Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) experience for me was above average and really helped me see how good college life can be. The campus is quite vast in area and diverse in terms of facilities provided to students. The holistic course structure and enough amount of importance given to cultural and extra-curricular activities make the student's life feasible not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.

Manipal University Jaipur is one of the most renowned universities in Rajasthan in terms of academics, especially in the fields of Psychology, Engineering, and Management. Even though I am not the kind of student who has always been academically inclined, I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge being provided by the holistic course structure and attention to detail for every topic and its application in today's outer world.

I used to be the person in college who has friends from a lot of different courses, basically not limited to my course and classroom. Having friends from different departments often lead to conversations about the frustrating and lengthy assignments and lab manuals being handed over by the faculty. But the only thing which was mostly common in all discussions was the cooperation of the teachers and administrative staff towards the students.

I was a hosteller at Manipal University Jaipur from October'21 to May'23. These 20 months gave me the best time of my life not because I was a student at the college but more because I was a resident in the hostel. Even the basic struggles of it were lovely experiences for me as they were providing me with exposure like never before. The quality of rooms and services provided is top-notch as compared to other colleges in Rajasthan. Every cultural activity I was ever part of the friends I have made, the bonds I have cherished, and the way I have grown as a human are all credited to my hostel experiences.

The infrastructure of both campus and the hostel is filled with greens as the beautiful trees and the presence of seasonal birds will always keep you close to nature. The primary color of the buildings is limited to just orange and yellow apart from other required colors. The campus and hostel have a variety of facilities for students irrespective of what they are studying which makes it better for them to be able to mingle with each other.

Campus life is made as easy and convenient for students as it can be. Facilities like all the required laboratories and divisions for engineering and management students are present. The hostel site contains a recreational room and sports facilities for students. Apart from the educational and co-curricular facilities provided to students, the college organizes and co-organizes a lot of cultural, technical, and mixed events for all its students to be a part of. I have myself been a part of their annual cultural event - Oneiros'22 as a participant and the experience will be hard for me to forget for the rest of my life.
