College Review on Techno Main Salt Lake

Overall Rating
I have studied my B.Tech in Food Technology from Techno Main Salt Lake Kolkata. It is affiliated to Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University West Bengal. This is one of Kolkata's first and foremost private engineering colleges. In this institution engineering and management are studied. As a B.Tech student, I can elaborate all the facilities one can get from this college. Good infrastructure, good knowledge of the teachers their utmost caring and guidance leads student to a path of success.
 

Academics Rating
I have studied B.Tech in Food Technology from this college, my total college fees are Rs 4.5 lakh approximately. This is a four-year course and after completion of the course we can get job offers from the college itself. I have cleared my joint entrance examination to get enrolled in this institution. This is a 4-year course where you get to know about basics of engineering and other subjects of food technology as well.
 

Faculty Rating
Coming to the faculty, our faculties are the most caring and loveable teachers around. Our classes are taken regularly; they provide us knowledge in the lab classes also. There are lab classes twice a week for our help. They make us understand the concepts by depth so that we don't have to read and memorize it again and again. They give us extra classes whenever we need help. We are so thankful to them they arrange us seminars and webinar industrial training and internship.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a Placement Cell in our college. Famous IT companies TCS, Wipro, CTS, Amazon, Deloitte, and Tech Mahindra come to our campus for the placement opportunities. In food technology, food companies like ITC, Britannia, and Coca Cola gives us the opportunity.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college is a 9 storied building and has two different premises one for B.Tech and one for BBA and BCA. We have one big Library. And there are five different laboratories in our department. Every class has projector and advance technology for giving classes. There is a big playground and two canteens. One big auditorium hall.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is quite lively and happening here. Overall, many fests and programs are arranged here. Our cultural fest ankurans, tech fest edge, and philanthropia occur yearly. There are individual fests for each of the department. Apart from that, we celebrate 15th August 26th January, Holi and everything. There are so many sports activities that occur throughout the year. There are literature club. So many more fun activities are there to engage with.

    TMSL is situated in Salt Lake, Sector V wherein students come from various locations. TMSL provides many courses (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BHM, BMS, Diploma and Polytechnic courses).     I joined Techno Main Salt Lake in the academic year 2023. My department is B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Right from my school days, I knew that this college has an excellent college because of its academic record along with innumerable co-curricular activities.
