College Review of CU

Overall Rating
My overall experience at the university is very good. I have interest in Computer Science field and Chandigarh University has good placement record in it. This is one of my reasons to choose this university. And other one is the faculty at university is very good and the facility they provide is up to the mark.
 

Academics Rating
My course is Computer Science and Engineering. This course comprises of 4 years. The entry requirement is that the student should have decent percentage in their 12th class. And then the student is able to get admission in this college. My motive for enrolling in this program is that I want to be a software engineer.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at CU is very experienced having a great command in their respective subject. Their style of teaching is also good. If student have any type of doubt they can go to the faculty and faculty can solve their doubt. They all are very educated and have good command in their course.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, at CU we have a Placement Cell. It really helps students to get a job and they can conduct various types of course and workshop for student during the time of placement.
 

Hostel Rating
I am a hosteller and as a hosteller I like the hostel and facility they provide is very good. The food is also very good and nutritious. Also, there is a medical room, a playground and a gym.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many blocks in the university for different type of courses and every block is very good. All buildings are well maintained. The view of every block is very good and well structured. Overall, the campus is very big and very well structured.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life at CU is very entertaining. I got exposure to the real world. There are many students from different region, so this led to increased opportunities and exposure. There are many professional clubs. Every year college fest is conducted. Fresher party is also organized and overall, it is a great experience.

    Here, campus life is too good for students. They organize many events for the students’ development. There is a balance between studies and co-curricular activities.     I found this university good. I won't say it is the best university to study in but yeah it is worth studying if you aren't able to get admission in any NLU or any other better law college. Our department, I will say is the best department of the university. We have learned a lot of things from the university so far. We were welcomed by a grand event which was international law conference and our Law minister Mr. Arjun Ram Meghwal was the chief guest that day. They had also invited many other Su...     Overall, Chandigarh University is one of the best universities in India in the aspect of infrastructure, campus, co-curricular activities, sports, on-campus placements, hostel facilities, faculty, academics, etc. I choose Chandigarh University because of its good reputation for on-campus placements and academics.
