GGSIPU (East Campus) Review

Overall Rating
The overall experience at University School of Automation and Robotics is very enriching and a worthy one. I was very much excited to learn the core concepts of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. I searched for many colleges but I only found some private colleges which provide AI courses. My friend suggested me University School of Automation and Robotics (GGSIPU) which is a college under Delhi Government. Those who are really interested to learn, study, and know more about AI can choose this government college as it has very less fee also.
 

Academics Rating
This college provides four Computer Science courses namely Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI DS), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI ML), Automation and Robotics (AR), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). This college takes students on the basis of their JEE Main rank through IPU Counseling.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty in this college is highly qualified and has good experience. Most them hold PhD degrees and have good industrial knowledge as well. Some faculties are excellent in their style of teaching as they relate some AI concepts to real life examples which makes learning more interesting.
 

Placement Rating
The AI course was started in the year 2021 in the college and I belonged to the first batch. So, we are expecting a good package as our college has pure Computer Science and other trending courses. The main branch of this university has a highest package of 45 LPA and an average package of 12 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The full construction of the college completed recently and we are expecting hostels by September this year. The infrastructure of the hostel is quite good with 3 and 4 sharing rooms. The rooms have geothermal cooling.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is exceptional and it proves to be one of the major advantages for this college. It has lecture halls with a seating capacity of 96 people and the seats are very flexible and comfortable. All lecture halls and corridor labs are equipped with air conditioned facilities. The design of the building is quite unique and spacious. The main structure of the college consists of two academic blocks namely A and B and in between them there is a Central Library which gives this building a unique structure.
 

Campus Rating
The area of this college is around 18 acres which is not so good and not so bad. The campus life is very vibrant with a diverse range of activities and opportunities to showcase our different skills in cultural and social activities. There are many clubs for activities like dance, music, dramatics, coding, science, and robotics where students can participate.

    Overall, GGSIPU is very good. It is a reputed institute, having a good infrastructure. There is plenty of diversity here, as there are many students from different places. It’s a good chance to interact with people of your same age group. Many clubs and societies are present here, which allow you to develop some real world skills inside you.     My overall review for Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi is great. Infrastructure of this University is awesome. Blocks (building) are constructed beautifully. The university has separate block for different courses offered. Dwarka campus is the main campus of the whole University consisting of about more than 130 colleges in Delhi.     I gave my second attempt for CLAT in 2022 and decided to go to USLLS for to pursuing my law degree. I was already living in Delhi and USLLS is the second-best five-year law school right behind NLU Delhi, so, I decided I will pursue my law degree from this college.     I choose these particular colleges because first its campus is very beautiful and big .The campus area is about 60 acres with many facilities available for the students. There are all the sports facilities available like lawn tennis, badminton, volleyball, cricket and football. The placement opportunities here are very well, almost each student gets placed.
