Review for World College of Technology and Management, Gurgaon

Overall Rating
Currently I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from World College of Technology and Management. As per my experience I will say that the college is actually very good because it focuses on everything even on events. The faculties are very good and they focus on improving the quality of a student. Sports events and festivals are also organised and celebrated in the college.
 

Academics Rating
For entry the specifications are that you must have passed 12th standard with at least 70% marks. I am a software developer and belong to a middle class family so I chose this college because according to me this college is very decent and it mainly provides everything that a student needs most importantly a reasonable fee structure.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are so good because they focus on students and improving the college curriculum all the time. Most of the teachers are qualified from universities ranked in top 100 overall India. There are labs also for mostly core subjects and the faculties are proficient in giving us that practical knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
The placements are very great because there are companies like TCS, Mahindra, Byjus, etc. that have visited our college for campus placements.
 

Hostel Rating
I am a hosteller and according to me hostel is very decent in accordance to a student. Every possible requirement is available and mostly all the things are provided to the students. Even the students are also provided with coolers in the non-AC rooms which is a great plus point.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College infrastructure is great and decent. There are separate buildings for separate courses or subjects. There is a cafeteria, a seminar room, many computer labs, and many other things in the campus. Most of the classes are smart classes which includes projector and many other things for the enhancement of the theoretical and practical knowledge of the students.
 

Campus Rating
Overall it is a great college campus. It is not very huge but it is very good. Fests like Zenith are just amazing in which popular singers or celebrities visit to perform. Many other activities like Exhibitions and WPL Cricket League are also conducted. Overall everything is just perfect in the college.

  • WCTM was the worst chapter of my life

    This is one name that I wish I could erase from my life. Aiming for higher studies, I came to Gurgaon along with some of my friends from previous college to shape the future. Who knew that we are here just to kill two years of our life. The university was not that famous but every day we saw ad and decided to have a look.   • WCTM is a trap
     

    Overall Rating
    I studied at WCTM from 2018 to 2020 and can say that it is one of the most reasonable colleges coming around. By reasonable I meant fees as it was just 50k fees a year. Looking at the campus I thought that the teaching and other facilities in college would be galvanic but to my disappointment it was pathetic.
