The college is located in Sheikh Sarai, South Delhi. This College is affiliated by Delhi University. This College is one of the most prestigious college of South campus. Here courses are available like B.A, B.Sc. B.Com in many subjects. This College having nice infrastructure among the colleges of Delhi University. This College has one basket ball, one tennis court and big football ground too. There is also the college team of basketball, tennis, handball, cricket and volleyball too. In this College students also can enroll in different society like photography, dance, drama, physical education etc. There is also NCC training centre in which any student can enroll. This College run in two name Saheed Bhagat Singh College (Day) and Saheed Bhagat Singh College (Evening) I must say in which you want to join you can join by looking at your course because all courses are available in both. My preference to students to join morning college that leads to make your routine properly for the rest of the course. Nearest metro station is Chirag Delhi of Magenta line. Exit from gate number 5 for 10 minutes walking distance from it. People also came from Malviya Nagar metro station which is in yellow line. From Malviya Nagar you can come to college through sharing auto.

For admission in bachelor program, a candidate should pass the senior secondary. From the year 2022, admission is happening by clearing the CUET exam by conducted by NTA. On the marks obtained in this exam and by seeing prospectus of Delhi University in which each course having its own subject combination's eligibility that you should fulfill for admission in required course. Candidates are strictly advised to go through the prospectus of Delhi University. This exam happens once in year during May or June month and form came for filling in April month. For the Geography students who are interested in doing bachelor in Geography, this College is the best college in South campus for boys because After the Kirori Mal College which is in north campus this College came after the Kirori Mal College in ranking because no other colleges offer bachelor in geography in north campus. For girls who are interested in geography course have options in North campus but for boys not other than Kirori Mal College is in north campus.

The faculty member of Geography department is very supportive and kind. You will get help from each faculty member. The teachers allow students to call anytime to clear doubt and always contacted through WhatsApp too. These teachers are completed their education either from Delhi University or Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). So these faculty members are top notch quality in their respective fields and you will learn a lot throughout courses.

Yes, there is also a placement cell in SBSC. I don't say it helps a lot in acquiring job but there are many students who got jobs through this cell, so I can say you to try once.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (day) and Saheed Bhagat Singh College (evening) both do not offer hostel. But in neighborhood area like Chirag Delhi village or Malviya Nagar you can find room or PG for accommodation.

Infrastructure is great among colleges of South campus of Delhi University. Playground and academy building are enough to accommodate the students and faculty. Proper laboratory and library are available; there is also a canteen and computer room available in the college. There is banking facility available inside the college.

Campus life is great if you make friends. You all can enjoy throughout the course. There are enough places to chill and relax. Fest happens almost two times a year during freshers fest and college fest. There is also each year department fest in which many activities are organised by each department and you can also participate and win cash prizes and certificate. In these department fest other colleges students also participate, so you can interact with other colleges students too. You can host the other students by side of your department and by your hosting activity you are rewarded by cash and certificate.
