Satyawati College B.A Review By Sapna Yadav

Satyawati College is under Delhi University (off campus). College conducts classes in morning shift and evening shift. This college provides quality education to various students as well as college is active in extracurricular activities. The college has various societies like dance society and drama society which provide students a chance to enhance their talents as well along with academics. Overall college has good faculty members who help the students to build a bright future.

I am pursuing BA History Honors from Satyawati College. To get into this college students have to give entrance exam CUET which is conducted by NTA. The CUET cutoff would decide which college you will enroll in. For honors courses you have to select one language from the language section and three domains from list A and list B in CUET. The main motive to get enrolled in this course is so that I can get a major degree in history and further pursue masters in history which will be beneficial for me to get into teaching line and for the preparation of competitive exams as well.

The faculty is good enough. They are always ready to help students and the faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The faculty members conduct the classes regularly and help students whenever it is needed. They are very cooperative with students. They share information about subject selection forms and procedures and other updates with students regularly so nobody misses out any form.

There are different placement cells in the college for different departments. Placement Cell provides placement in big companies and also internships at various places which helps the students a lot. They have collaboration with many big companies which provide a good package to the students.

There is no hostel facility in college but students can easily find PG nearby the college in affordable prices. Students also find sharing flats near college. Mostly students are satisfied with PGs in which they are living in.

College has a good infrastructure and at first look college looks beautiful. They have separate buildings for different departments. The college has a waiting room and a common room. College also has lift facility and fans are installed in every classroom. There is a big sports complex in the campus, a reading room, and a library. Library has a variety of books which help the students a lot. There is proper drinking water facility and washroom facility in the college campus.

The campus life of Satyawati College is full of knowledge, joy, and excitement. Students who get enrolled in this college will learn many things and they will develop confidence as well to face any situation. The crowd of college is very genuine, helpful, and kind. College also conducts fests and functions for students and celebrities are also invited there.
