PSIT, Kanpur Feedback

Overall Rating
This college is very strict about studies. Here various programs are run throughout the year to improve the overall skills of the students like technical training. The teachers are very interactive and students can ask their doubts any time even after the class.
 

Academics Rating
Various courses are offered by the college such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, MCA, BCA, etc. Students can take admission on the basis of their JEE marks or by appearing in the college entry examination paper. My motive to take B.Tech here is to improve my overall skills and become a productive software engineer.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are highly educated here. They provide you an environment where you can learn easily. They will take your doubts individually and will clear them They have a nice nature. They know how to teach as they teach in a very simple way. They explain each concept with multiple approaches. They also use projectors if necessary.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, a placement cell is there which focuses entirely on placement of students. It guides the students to grab a highly paid corporate job.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, residential facilities are there. Infrastructure is very good. It is one of the best in Kanpur. Strictness is too much in hostel and college both. If the students want to study then it is a good college but if you want to have fun then this college might not be for you.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Academic blocks and other amenities are available here. All the buildings are excellent and all facilities are available there. There are various blocks divided according to department as for B.Tech there is a separate block, for B.Pharm also there is a block, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is quite interesting. We have fun and study as well. There are not much clubs to improve your skills. Fests happen once in a year. All sports facilities are also there except cricket.

    My experience at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology was good. I took admission in PSIT because of the good placements and also because it was in my hometown and I want to be with my parents. People from Kanpur should surely go for this college because it has good placements of about 5 to 6 Lakh average package and the highest package was 44.72 LPA in 2024 offered by Amazon....     My overall experience of the institute is good. Institute is well maintained neat and clean. There is no ragging culture in the institute so it offers a healthy and studious environment for the students. There is greenery inside the institute campus.     The college is pretty awesome with good infrastructure, faculties and excellent hostels for hostellers. The placement is also pretty good, almost every student get a chance to get placed in third year as well as fourth year. The office work is also pretty fast and convenient.     PSIT, Kanpur is my favorite college. My 2 years went amazing in this college and I am trying for placement of good packages from this college itself so that I can make the college proud. In this college the faculty is too good as they work hard for their students. The teachers make sure that all the concepts of the students are clear for the upcoming exams or competition tests.
