Jain University BCA Review By Manan Darak

So I am Currently pursuing BCA from Jain University. It has a good reputation in corporate and it's one of the biggest education hubs in Bangalore and in fact in the entire India only. There are so many campuses of Jain University in Bangalore. Placements are good here as according to an Undergraduate Degree you can get around 6-7 LPA. Crowd here is pretty above average and faculty is cooperative but some of the faculties are too strict. Overall if you are good at academics and wish to do else along with your studies then Jain University is for you.

The eligibility to get admission in BCA is that you have to pass 12th grade with at least 60% and you also have to pass the entrance test KET along with a personal interview. I chose BCA because of the industry potential and pursuing it in Bangalore City is like a cheery on the cake. Jain University is one of the top colleges in India to pursue BCA and it offers specializations too.

Faculty is pretty above average and they are helpful in almost every way. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders and they carry a good knowledge of their departments. But just like everywhere, some teachers are not that good and they are very strict too.

Placements are pretty decent here. I have talked to my seniors and they said that the placements are good. The least package is 3-4 LPA and the average package is 6-7 LPA.

Hostel of this college is quite poor. They charge a lot of fee but low quality services are provided. I didn’t enjoy the hostel much.

Infrastructure is pretty average like I am in the Jayanagar Campus of Jain University. Here you will get all the basic facilities like computer labs, etc. The only demerit is that it is located in the middle of the city so it doesn’t have any ground so the sports facilities are not so good. You will find all the facilities in the Jain Global Campus.

Campus life is good here. The crowd is a mix of people from different areas. Many people from outside India also come here like from African and Middle Eastern Countries. You personality will surely get upgraded here. Many fests are organised in the college and the students enjoy the fests a lot in the campus.
