Satyawati College Review

Overall Rating
Satyawati College comes under Delhi University (off campus) situated in Ashok Vihar Phase 3, Delhi. Nearby metro station is Kanhaiya Nagar which 2 km away. According to me, college is good, teachers are very helpful, security guards also do their best but infrastructure is not good. Sometimes benches are not clean and the fans are not working properly. But library is awesome. To enter the library first we have to punch our college ID card. There are so many societies in the college which are providing great exposures to different students.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics from this college. The eligibility criteria have changed from 2022 as now you have to give CUET which is an entrance test and as per the merit courses will be offered. The main motive to get enrolled in this course is because of its demand. As this is the one of the toughest courses of Delhi University and the placements after this course are also good.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is very good. Every single professor is ready to teach you and guide you wherever needed. The faculty of Economics Department is like this only. They all are regular in classes and their way of teaching is also good. They try to teach the way student can catch the concepts and not just to complete the syllabus.
 

Placement Rating
There are different Placement and Internship Cells in the college that provides great placement opportunities to the students. They are having collaborations with many ventures that provide good packages to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility available in the campus. Those who are from outside Delhi can find many PGs and Flats near the campus at very affordable prices with proper facilities. Many students are satisfied with those PGs as they are located near the college area.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The founders of the college have worked a lot at the infrastructure of the college but now the building is not good as they did not renovate the building. Benches of some classes are not in good condition. Auditorium is so huge that around 500 students can sit at one time in it. There is a big sports complex in the campus. There are 2 libraries separate for the evening and morning batches. Along with this, there is a girl common room, a gym, proper drinking water facility, etc.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of Satyawati College is good. The ones who get enrolled at Satyawati will learn many things. The crowd of the college is very genuine. Every single student is helpful and kind. There is an ABVP society and they are always ready to support every student. There are many clubs in the college like NSS, NCC, etc.
