CVR College of Engineering Review

Overall Rating
CVR is one of the top engineering colleges in Telangana. The college is situated in Hyderabad which is the capital of Telangana. I chose this college because of placements and good study. Most companies prefer to give placements and internships to with high packages to CSE Students.
 

Academics Rating
The course includes subjects which are mostly required to get awareness regarding engineering stream. While studying the various specializations of the streams one gets a string command in the subject which is most required for placements. The eligibility for this course requires a good rank in EAMCET or one can get into this college or specific course by JEE Mains percentile too.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty in this college is very good and highly experienced. They encourage the students in all aspects and also helps us to study more gain much knowledge. They also encourage us to participate in each and every activity conducted in the college. Their style of teaching is excellent and they are very good with communication.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in this college are excellent. Average package is 7 LPA and the highest package is 35 LPA. Placements are good for all the branches equally.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is available in this college with good atmosphere. There is also a canteen in the hostel where excellent food is given.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is very spacious and has separate blocks for each stream which makes implementation and working easy. Each block is spacious and well ventilated. Not only academics but sports are also given a priority here. The campus is equipped with a big play ground where sports activities and competitions are held regularly.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life too full of new explorations and the hostel is a good enjoyment in itself. The hostel environment encourages mutual help and academic environment. There are many clubs where continuous encourage for participation is given. We can join and develop our social skills and overall personality. There was a fest conducted recently which was a wonderful experience.

    It is very good college among all peer colleges in Hyderabad. It has been placed among top 5 EAMCET colleges in Telangana. Nature and buildings are very nice and infrastructure IS good.     I joined this college through EAMCET. There were not many good colleges for my rank 6244. The main and only reason I chose this college is because of its placements. The college follows very strict rules and regulations. My experience so far is mediocre. I like the college only due to its placements. But the college do not support daring attitude....     CVR college is situated near Ibrahimpatam Rangareddy. The campus is located away from the city which has peaceful environment. The way the faculty teaches is marvellous. Our college has large classrooms with good facilities. Lab is good well equipped with computers. Our college provides hostel facilities with good food and leaving rooms. Infrastructure is good....     I joined this college through EAMCET in 2022. My rank was 3819 and cut-off of for reservation was around 4500. I choose this college over sreenidhi and gokaraju only by seeing the track record of placement. This college has hostel facility and far from the city. The college has good placement record over the years. The highest package was around 58 LPA.... Read Full Review

    My experience at CVR College of Engineering was pretty basic only. If you don't have a scholarship offered by the state government then it will be somewhat difficult to pay the fee. The fee is around 1.5 lakh. It is best known for its placements. You will definitely get a placement if you follow the placement cell.... Read Full Review
