I wrote my B.Tech Entrance Examination in this college. I really liked this college at my first glance compared to my intermediate college. This is the cause of my joining this college. Every student who wants to do engineering after completing their 12th standard searches for a good, well-equipped, and disciplined college. KITS is the one which has all these qualities and it is suggestible to students of Andhra Pradesh State.

As all know, students have to take their EAMCET examination and should qualify for it. In B.Tech we have different branches provided like Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology, Civil, etc. Top students get seats in the computer science branch. I suggest Computer Science related branches to students because it is more difficult to get a core company on campus from other departments nowadays.

The faculty members and non-teaching staff are very strict. Separate faculty members will be assigned to deal with the subjects throughout the semester. The faculty completes the course before the semester exams. They provide lecture notes in PDF format and some faculty members suggest online courses related to their teaching subject. Some subjects have labs associated with them. Non-teaching staff will be allocated for the labs.

We do have a placement cell in our college. It is responsible for bringing companies to campus and providing jobs and internships to students. The placement cell collects separate fees for providing the placements in the college itself. Students can also get placed from outside the college, and it's up to the student's dedication. More than 3/4th part of the students get placed every year in various top-tech companies.

Yes, the college has a hostel facility for the students. Students whose houses are far from the colleges choose to stay in the college hostels and other private hostels. Hostels provide safety to the students, and the food in the hostels is tasty and hygienic. Students have 3 or 4 sharing rooms, and no clashes are seen in the hostel. Hostels are located in the housing areas.

As I said, the college building is clean and nice. Separate blocks are reserved for branches. First years have separate buildings to prohibit ragging. The entire campus is ragging-free. Illegal activities are prohibited. Available amenities are Playground, Basketball Court, AC Classrooms, Library, Cycles and Vehicles Parking Facility, and Well-equipped Labs.

To reduce the crowd, our college gives lunch breaks at different times. As well as the college timings are also different. 1st and 3rd years have the same timings as well as 2nd years and 4th years have the same timings. The college has taken this to reduce clashes and transportation problems. Final year students show the path for all others. They lead various clubs and motivate their juniors to participate in the events. Every month at least three events take place regardless of the year of study. Fests are conducted every year in the name of KITS YUVA.
