The Journey in Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad

Overall Rating
I am really proud of being a student of the Vasavi College. I chose this institute because of my brother as he told me about placements, fee structure, faculty members, etc. After hearing all that I really liked this college. I am studying in this institution since 2 years and I have leant many things from here.
 

Academics Rating
My course is CSE (AI ML). They are providing good academics to the students and encouraging them as well to learn something new each time. The eligibility to get seat in my campus is that the students must complete their intermediate without any backlogs. We have different types of programs like Vasavi Joy, Vasavi Do, etc. in which they motivate the students to participate in different activities. The requirement for admission is to either clear EAMCET or JEE Mains.
 

Faculty Rating
In my college we have good faculty members. They teach the subject in such a way that everyone understands the concept and they teach through different examples to make us understand the topics. In my college most of the faculty members have completed their PhDs. When the teachers teach, they try to make the classes very interactive. The only drawback is that some of the faculty members come late to the classes.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell and that cell really motivates the students to learn many things. Many students have acquired jobs through the cell. The name of my department’s placement cell is Swayam.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostel facilities are provided.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have few blocks and they are called Vivishverays, JC Bose Block, R Block, and CV Raman Block. We have small area that is 13 acres and we have many indoor games. We have big classrooms and there is peace among the students. In my campus we have many trees and that proves to be really helpful during summers. We have a library which contains wide variety of books.
 

Campus Rating
My institution is near the Golconda, Ibrahimbagh road, Hyderabad. In my campus our life is pleasant and that creates positive vibrations among the students. We have different types of clubs which encourage many students to participate and to learn something. We have many fests held like recently two months back we celebrated the Euphoria Fest and we really enjoyed it a lot. In my campus the strength is 1,000 students approximately.
