Review for CBIT, Hyderabad

Overall Rating
I have joined CBIT because I got a seat in it. I would say that others should join this college because it the top college in Hyderabad and the placements that are provided are also decent as up to 4 LPA is the average package. Another noticeable point is that the campus life is also good compared to other colleges in Hyderabad. The teaching staff is well experienced and they teach well.
 

Academics Rating
The eligibility of the course is that you need to pass your 12th class. You can enter CBIT through the EMCET exam and through the JEE Mains as well. You can also join through the Management Quota. I am from the Mechanical Engineering Branch. I have taken this branch because I was interested in it. Right now they are also teaching coding to the core branch students which is a very good thing.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are mostly the ones that have completed their Masters and also the ones that are well experienced. They are graduates from IITs. If you personally go and ask them the doubts then they are surely there to help you.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in the college. The average package offered is 4 LPA and the highest package offered is 60 LPA. These placements are mostly offered to the CSE branch. Students from the other core branches also get placed.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there is hostel of the college but it is not that good, so I would recommend you to stay in other private hostels.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus area is very huge you can see greenery everywhere and mostly all the labs are very well equipped. The library is very big and you can find many books as per your curriculum and you will also find the computer lab where you can practice anything in your fee time but there are very limited computers. The classrooms are a bit old.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very good and you will have 2 fests Shruthi and Sudhee which are held during the month of February. There are almost 50 clubs in our college and you can participate in any of the clubs and improve your social skills. The canteen is very good as you can find almost every dish. During lunch hours you can see the strength of our college and everyone will be roaming here and there, so that view is extremely pleasant to watch.

    I am studying in CBIT. It is one of the best colleges through EAMCET and it is almost equal to NIT or IIT colleges. The environment is very good.     I am feeling very happy for studying in CBIT. I will suggest other students also to join in this college because many facilities are provided to the students. In the college we can find the peaceful environment to study. Many clubs are present related to different fields both technical and non technical events, which are good platform for students to improve skills, expand their knowledge and increase their circle.     CBIT is my dream college. I got seat in this college through EAMCET counseling. I feel so lucky as well as happy too because I have got seat in Telangana's one of the best colleges.     As a student we always prefer the best college to study and invest our valuable four years of engineering. But when it comes to narrowing down our options to one and opting the college is an uphill task.
