I found this university good. I won't say it is the best university to study in but yeah it is worth studying if you aren't able to get admission in any NLU or any other better law college. Overall, Chandigarh University is one of the best universities in India in the aspect of infrastructure, campus, co-curricular activities, sports, on-campus placements, hostel facilities, faculty, academics, etc. I choose Chandigarh University because of its good reputation for on-campus placements and academics. So first you can't compare this university to any other government colleges such as NIT or IIT. But if you are not getting government college then you can choose this university. My suggestion is to you if you are getting admission in this university then try to at least get 30% scholarship through CUCET which is not so hard only basic of 11 and 12 class then this university worth you.... I came to know about this university through one of my friends. After giving JEE I started to look for some top private colleges and then I decided to go for Chandigarh University. It's an amazing college with a huge lush green campus and great infrastructure.
