It is really grateful to have an opportunity to study my under graduation under this college. I basically chose this college because of their discipline. The overall experience of mine is not bad. Starting with the college canteen because this is where you get most of your college life. The canteen is open throughout the day and anyone can go there anytime to feed themselves or just to spend time with other friends. Also the playground is a very good place to spend time with friends. You can also find many types of books in the library. Each and every staff of our college is very helpful. The only problem is this college is a strict one. One has to follow the rules and regulations properly otherwise they will be punished. Our college has 2 common rooms one for Boys and the other for Girls. The students will be given many assignments to do throughout the semester and as per university rules they have to give 4 exams or 4 assessment tests in one semester. So yes, if you want a college where you will get enough amount of education with a strict discipline then you should go for this institution.

In this college you will find 5 streams – CSE (Computer Science Engineering), IT (Information Technology), ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering), and AIML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning). The college authority recently added one section for post graduation M.Tech. The entry requirement for this college is just like the other ones. You have to score well in JEE or WBJEE preferably under 20,000. Those who have these kinds of marks they are perfectly eligible to go into this college. They don't have other kind of eligibility criteria. But you must have your class 10th, 12th, and WBJEE / JEE Mark Sheets, Age Proof, Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate, etc. You can check the website of the college for further description. The motive for enrolling in this program could be quality education and better career opportunities.

Every department has near about 15 professors. Each of them is very helpful. Whenever you have any doubt just go to them and they will give a relevant solution. Every professor of our college has a degree of masters and many of them have done specialization or PhD in their field of subjects. This college mostly uses chalk and board teaching style. The teachers also use presentation skills to present some topics to make it more understandable. Also in this college student will be given many assignments to do throughout the semester.

The placement review of this college is also very good. Though it depends on the recession still the college always holds the record to place mostly 95% students on-campus. The visiting companies are - NRI Fintech, Cognizant, LTI Mindtree, Infosys, P360, ITC Infotech, etc. Our college has one placement cell. It will help the students in their recruiting process. The placement cell gives the students some training regarding to placement and also they help to enroll the students on some aptitude and coding practising courses. I believe acquiring jobs totally depends on individuals practice on those topics. The college cannot do much but yes they help the students to achieve their dreams.

No, there is no hostel facility in our college.

The infrastructure of this college is pretty good. The college campus is clean. The college has a single building for academics and the college canteen is separate. The library is inside the academics building. The ground floor of the campus is for the Electrical department. 1st floor is for the ECE department. 2nd floor for CSE and 3rd is for the IT department. The college has Table tennis courts in the common rooms. Also one badminton court is available in the college campus. You can have free internet if you get the Wi-Fi password of the college.

I would say the campus life is average. The college only has one technical fest and Farewell programs which is arranged by the 3rd year students for the respective departments. As I said earlier, it is a strict college so not much fun activities can be found here. The sports are the thing where everyone gets so much excited. The college also celebrates some special days like Women's day, Rabindra Jayanti, Foundation day, etc. Overall if you are a person who is so much fun loving and likes to enjoy the life before anything then maybe this is not the college for you. But if you are someone who is looking for good educational life then you can go for this college.
