Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala Review

Overall Rating
Maharishi Markendeswar University has a 6th ranking for BBA all over India. The course fee is only Rs. 4,00,000 for all the 4 years. It fee is normal compared to the facilities provided. Per year 97% students of the BBA stream get placed and the rest of the students do not participate in placements because they are more interested in higher studies or want to join a business.
 

Academics Rating
The eligibility of BBA is that you have to be 12th pass from the Commerce stream. The students that had the Science stream in 10+2 are given priority for admission. First you have to apply online and after that you have to take an exam for the final selection. Once you apply for admission the college conducts an online exam.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers of the college are very experienced and well qualified. Their teaching style is also very good. Every day doubt classes and problem solving classes are conducted. The teachers teach using smart boards and projectors. The faculty members are focused towards the students and are very helpful.
 

Placement Rating
The average package offered to the students is 8 LPA and the highest package offered is 16 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are very clean and the hostel fee is Rs. 85,000 per year. Hostel rooms are AC and non-AC and per room 2 students are allowed to live.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of college is very good. Free fast Wi-Fi is provided in the college. There is a college library which remains open till 9 pm. The college is total of 120 acres and there are many blocks and building. Many blocks are divided based on the courses like engineering, BBA, BCA, and Medical.
 

Campus Rating
Campus is quite crowded because it is a university. More than 10,000 students study in different streams. The campus life is very nice as there are many parks, ground, cafeterias, etc. in the campus. It is very green and attractive. There is a bank facility, a swimming pool, and a gym in the college.
