My VRSEC Life

Overall Rating
Our institute is a private autonomous engineering college. This institute was established in the year 1977 and is affiliated to JNTU. It is accredited by AICTE and has received A+ grade by NAAC. This college has received 141 rank in 2022 by NIRF. This institute is close to my city that's why I chose this college. Another reason to choose this is that the teaching style at this college is very good and placement support is also provided here.
 

Academics Rating
They provide courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA. I completed B.Tech in Computer Science. For the admission to B.Tech you have to clear AP EAMCET entrance exam with a good rank. This institute also provides state scholarship facilities and study loan facility which helps most of the student. B.Tech course fee is Rs. 66,500 per year. They also accept JEE mains score. All faculties are really helpful.
 

Faculty Rating
There are 53 faculty members present in our CSE department. All of them are having M.Tech degree and few of them are having M.Tech and PhD degrees. Institute hires experienced teachers which help to clear our doubts easily. They teach us in different ways and provide hand written notes and other sources which helps in project as well as the entire semester.
 

Placement Rating
Our department was established in the year 1985. 314 students got placed in 2022-2023. Highest package was offered by Adobe company. Most of the students got placed with an average salary of 5 LPA. Product based companies like IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. come for placement support.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel rooms are clean with 3 / 4 – sharing. The hostel price is Rs. 50,000. The hostel has Wi-Fi connectivity. The food quality is good. No power cuts happen here. Pure drinking water is available. For security reasons they have installed CCTV cameras. Every week cleaner comes for cleaning the whole hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute is having clean class room, seminar hall, auditorium room, computer lab room, mechanical workshop room, library, Cafeteria, and many other amenities. For sports person sports complex is there. Medical dispensary, parking lot, etc. all kinds of infrastructure are provided by the college.
 

Campus Rating
College campus life is full of enjoyment. The campus is totally Wi-Fi connected. Anti ragging cell is there. The teachers also encourage us to participate in different programs. Every year they conduct sports in Jan- Feb. We also celebrate all South Indian and North Indian festivals. Every person in this institute really helps you to study well.

    The overall review of our college would be simply excellent.     Our college is very well reputed and although there were a lot of options, I had chosen this instead. The come atmosphere is very good, the ambience is good, the studies are good and everything about the student life here is good. All through my years in this college I've never thought of like it would've been good if I had chosen another institute. It's a very good choice for pursuing B.Tech near Vijayawada....
