My overall experience at this institution has been very amazing during these two years of my course and I am still enjoying at this college. Initially I was disappointed when I took admission to the college as it was not an IIT or NIT but now I have realised that this is also a good college for ones who are not able to crack for the IITs or NITs. The curriculum fee here at this college is very less as compared to the other private colleges and also the placement, the most looked criteria while selecting a college is also very good with an average of 6.5 LPA. Overall one can definitely select the college if one is not able to crack the JEE and not want to lose a year so definitely they go for the college.

The college is affiliated to the MAKAUT University and the exams are conducted by the University only. The academics at college is also very balanced as the lectures are held on time and also attendance of 75% is compulsory for the students to be eligible for writing the University exams. One can pass the exams if he/she has attended the college lectures regularly.

The faculty here in the college is well qualified and also they are very much helpful to the students. There are faculties who have also qualified for gate as well. HOD of CSE dept is very helpful to the students and one can approach to him any time regarding any problem related to course or the college. The style of teaching of the college faculties is also good as they make the concepts clear to every students in the class and also clears the doubt for each and every other students.

The placement cell of the college is very active and helpful to the students for getting placement in the companies. Almost more than 80% of students get placed through the on-campus placement with an average package of 6.5 LPA. Last year the highest placement of the college was 23 LPA and this year it is around 18 LPA.

The girls’ hostel is within the college campus itself and the boys’ hostel is within a 5 min distance from the main campus of the college. The hostel has 2 – sharing rooms with separate cupboards for both the students and also consistent supply of water and electricity. The food in the mess is also very good with egg being served twice in a week. Overall the hostel facilities are very good at a very lower price of just Rs. 30,000 per semester.

The campus is although small than the acres of campus at IITs or NITs but still the campus is very good with separate campuses for different courses such as Pharmacy, Polytechnic, Management, etc. The main campus has an administrative block with CST Block, ME/CE Block, Electrical Block, and Core Block as well. There is a central library equipped with a large number of books to assist the students in their studies.

There is an annual fest organized every year, this year being it the Carpedium 2k23. There is an annual athletic meet organised every year in the months of Dec - Jan. There are various other events organized by the different clubs that are active in the college like the Code Vision Club, Cyber Cell, The EDC Cell and not to forget the mention of the NSS event Aasha.
