LPU B.Tech Review By Sid

My overall experience as a CSE student is very good in LPU. As our university has great campus life and it provides various opportunities to the students. I opted for LPU because its placement records are way better and record breaking as it provides 100% placement to the students and others too choose LPU for great placement and internship opportunities. Besides placements, the campus life is good and security is high inside campus so that's the reasons why I chose LPU.

So in academic review I will talk about my course which is B. Tech in CSE (lateral entry). This course can be opted by students passing out from class 12th as well as by the students who did 3 years diploma at any stream after their 10th class. B. Tech lateral entry is a 3 years program whereas B. Tech regular in CSE is a 4 years program but they don't differ much from each other as all syllabus and curriculum are same for both. You should enroll in B. Tech CSE especially in LPU because it guarantees placements and internships for CSE students from both India and abroad.

Faculty members are very good and well educated in LPU. Most of our faculties are PhD and doctorate holders and they teach in very effective and pro efficient manner to the students. A faculty who teaches has great understanding and knowledge about the course and they explain in very deep way so that every student can understand in very easy way and go inside depth of every topic. Their style of teaching is very professional and easy which makes students easier to cope up with them.

We do have a placement cells inside our university which is called Career Service Department which helps the students and guides them for the placements and yes, they also prepare the students for the placements and assures that every student is ready to crack the interview and is eligible for a successful job offer in the industry. They work very hard so that they guarantee everybody gets a good placement with good package.

Yes, we do have hostel facilities in our hostel. Hostel facilities are great here in LPU. Every hostel has great infrastructure. It has free Wi-Fi for the students and also has gym facilities at the ground floor. It has a mess where students can eat food and also have convenient stores inside it from where students can buy anything. Hostel life I will say is very amazing here and the hostel along with hostel rooms are well maintained and cleaned everyday by the house keepers. Hostels also have study and TV room for the students.

Overall LPU campus has a great infrastructure. Academic blocks are well established and modern and our classrooms are well furnished. All the classrooms have white boards and projectors in them where teachers or professors come and teach. It has various halls and auditoriums where functions and events happen and they look very modern. Modern apartments for parents to stay are there.

Campus life I will say is one of the best things I ever had in LPU. It has a great campus life. The campus is also equipped with advanced communication systems. LPU provides dedicated email accounts to all members, facilitating effective communication between students, faculty, and staff. In addition to academic connectivity, LPU also recognizes the importance of social connectivity. The campus provides numerous social spaces, such as common areas, lounges, and student clubs, where individuals can interact, connect, and build lifelong friendships. It has various clubs and organizations where various events takes place and every year we have numerous fests taking place in our university.
