Best IIIT in North East India

Overall Rating
Our college, the Indian Institute of Information Technology is good. And it will be better in the upcoming years. The placements for the year 2023 were very nice. The academic curriculum is easy to understand and the teachers are also very helpful. My experience in this college was very nice. You enjoy a lot there in your 4 years.
 

Academics Rating
In our course they have B.Tech in 4 streams CSE, ECE and specialization in CSE, ECE, and Ph. D in humanities. This college has to be chosen because it is a national importance college. The placements of this college are quite good and various companies visited this year like Amazon, Jio communications, and Public Sapient. You will get a good job in a good company.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculties have completed their Ph. Ds from different respective institutions. They have knowledge to teach and they are also helpful in your life. Our director sir also has a motive to get all students placed in respective companies. The faculty to the student ratio in our college is 25:1.which makes it easy to interact.
 

Placement Rating
The placements are good every year. The highest package from our college was 45.64 LPA (Amazon) with an average package of 12 LPA and the lowest package of 7.8 LPA. Till now 82-85% placements are done and you have a good opportunity to get placed in a good company here.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are also good. In one room there are 4 students staying together. Here you will get basic amenities like bed, chair, almirah, etc. You also get water supply and hot water for bathing.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We don't have a big campus. Our campus is spread over 13 acres. Our permanent campus will be ready in 2024 which is spread over 150 acres. A small library is there, where you will get limited books only. We have an auditorium with a capacity of 300 people. We also have a football ground and one academic building.
 

Campus Rating
You will enjoy it a lot there because the weather of Manipur was very good. You will have all the necessary things nearby you. There is a Thangal market 4 km away from our college. There are sports facilities also. We have our own football, volleyball team, etc. The culture and the weather are the main things of Manipur which you will enjoy the most.

    My experience in the institute is very good. First of all the Indian Institute of Information Technology is situated in-between the hills in Imphal Valley under the beauty of mother nature. No pollution, fresh air, fresh water would give you internal peace instantly. All the professors are good and friendly, the medium of education is in English language and every vendor outside understands Hindi so there is no language barrier.     It is a decent Institute as Academic curriculum is very strong. It is in the heart of Imphal Valley with offering Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics and Communication courses.     I chose the IIIT because it provides good job opportunities in the private sector. The placements of this college are quite good and I will recommend everyone to join the IIIT.     My experience at the Indian Institute of Information Technology was very good. You can choose this college because it is a public private college and has national importance also. You will get good placements and a good environment there. Yes, the most important thing is the weather here and the culture of Manipur which is very nice.
