Overall Rating
I had a great experience in every aspect whether it is labs or subjects or sports and other extracurricular activities. All these things will help you to bring yourself from better to the best. One of the main things in the college is the peaceful atmosphere. Ragging is strictly prohibited and excellent faculty and fee structure is also worth to pay and one of the important things is placements. I am very glad that I have chosen this college for my b.tech.
 

Academics Rating
I got a rank of 5978 in AP EAMCET in 2019 and I opted for Mechanical Engineering with my own interest and entry requirements are different for different caste persons and their EAMCET ranks. I am fond of physics and math so that is the reason I opted for Mechanical Engineering but my college is good for Computer Science and Information Technology. Those who got high EAMCET ranks usually prefer my college for Branches like CSE and IT. We get maximum companies related to software so that everyone will be placed there with the basic requirements.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty in my college is highly knowledgeable and friendly and one of the best things is that every faculty encourages talented people towards innovation and all. Maximum faculty persons have done their PhDs and M. Tech from IITs and NITs. They are very friendly and have high patience levels. They never felt disappointed and helpless when I ask them my doubts related to subject.
 

Placement Rating
Fortunately we had a very strong placement cell. They are trying their best to make sure that the students placed in the company and they are giving their best at every level. Every branch people will get their related companies. As I am a Mechanical student I got placed in a software company.
 

Hostel Rating
The college has a hostel facility and it is safe for everyone. As our college is a Brahmin related college so no non-vegetarian food will be available in college as well as in the hostel also.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college has different blocks for different branches. We have labs with somewhat good infrastructure which will be available throughout the day so that we can use without any permission. The labs for CSE branch are the best in the entire campus. Chemical labs, Civil labs, and Electrical and Electronics Labs are also there with good equipment.
 

Campus Rating
If we utilize the facilities provided in this college I am sure that every individual will become strong mentally as well as physically and we will get more knowledge too. We have many clubs whether to help others or to create awareness or to show your creativity skills and other skills like dancing, acting, tabla playing, violin, guitar, etc.

    Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering is an engineering college located in Vizag. It is exactly located in Gandhi Nagar, Madhurwada, and Visakhapatnam. It is one of the top colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Generally, it is referred as Brahmin college.     I am studying in 3rd year ECE. Here we get best faculty for every subject. The experience I have gained in this college is providing good career guidance by the faculty and they provide freedom for exploring new things.     I am currently studying 3rd year. We should join in this for study only because there are no curricular activities are conducted in this college but here only encourage sports other studies but mainly studies. Here there is fests are not conducted. I'm joined here because this college has good rank compared to other college in our local area and have better placements.... Read Full Review

    I am currently studying 3rd year in this college. If you want the college only for academics, then this is the college for you. Apart of academics, this college does not have any cultural events. This college encourages the studies and sports. This college have good ranking among the EAMCET colleges and also have better placement.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    Compared to all other EAMCET colleges this college stands in top position in rankings. I got 1577 rank in EAMCET and I chose computer science and engineering couse in this college because of rankings. Overall, this college is good excluding any non-technical activities and cultural fests. Due to recession the placements are decreased but this is the case for every other college too.
