Overall Rating
Utkal University is Odisha's oldest University. It's the best place for a student as it contains a great environment for study as well as other curricular activities such as sports, dance, and many others. It is the best place to enjoy the college life which is a most vital part of life. It provides good teachers, infrastructure, and the best classroom experience ever.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently pursuing Integrated MCA Course. It is a dual degree course. It provides both BCA and MCA course in a single entrance examination. To get admission students have to clear the entrance test organised by the department. In student intake process both entrance marks and career marks are taken into consideration.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of Integrated MCA department are very talented and helpful. They teach the students in such a way that students don't need to take any tuition further. They are friendly and helpful in nature. They never get angry on students. They motivate the students to get focused and do well in future.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the institution has its placement cell. It takes good care of the students well being and it helps the students to get placed in good companies with high packages.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel infrastructure is best. It provides a good environment for study. All the necessary assets are available in the hostels.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of the university is very great. The department and hostel buildings are very attractive. Its main gate as well as its administrative block is very good. Its library is very well maintained and provides very good study nature. The university stadium is very big and good. It contains cricket, volleyball, and basketball courts. It also has an indoor badminton court and gym.
 

Campus Rating
It’s a best place to enjoy a college life. In day time it’s full with students and looks great as everywhere is full of students. It has so many clubs like sports club, dramatic club, writing club, musical club, etc. The university also organises so many competitions between the students as well as the departments.

    Utkal University is definitely a good choice if one is passionate about clearing government exams or interested in Odisha Judicial Services.     Utkal University is the first and only University in odisha which got NAAC A+ rating. Campus is very beautiful, but maximum part is covered with trees. It focuses mainly on PG Courses.
