Overall Rating
Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering Technology and Research is one of the finest colleges in APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University constituent colleges and has a lead in providing best teaching environment to the students. SRMS CET & R is known for maintaining discipline. The college has a good campus environment for study purposes because it is far from the crowded city of Bareilly and it helps the students to focus on studies.
 

Academics Rating
It provides admission in Bachelor of Technology in CSE and ECE branch. The educational requirement for the academic course is that the person should have passed class 12th with PCM subjects to get admission in the college. If you want to take admission in B. Tech then SRMS Institute is the best academically.
 

Faculty Rating
It is the best college in terms of faculty because the faculty members here are highly educated. The faculty members help the students to provide solutions of the students for whatever doubt they have.
 

Placement Rating
The institute has the best placement cell as it provides the best placements in the entire Bareilly district. They also help the students to nourish themselves for the job criteria to face the company interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the institute has residential facilities. The institute has both girls as well as boys’ hostel for the accommodation of the out-station students which are seeking admission in the college. The food provided by the hostel is 100% vegetarian and the hostel warden also encourages students to play sports along with academic studies.
 

Infrastructure Rating
SRMS has a well built academic blocks consisting of projector consisting classrooms, 4 computer labs with 60 computer system each, 1 language lab with the headphone facility, and a fully functional seminar hall. The college also has various labs like electrical lab, electronic lab, mechanical workshop, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Apart of the academics, the college also organizes a yearly fest called 'Zest' which is organised every year in the month of November. The college also organizes various tech events in the Thursday hour activity. It has a well organized club called the Verve club which organises co-curricular as well as technology related events.

    This college is better than any other college in Bareilly. One of positive thing is it is affiliated from AKTU University, Lucknow and it is of SRMS trust. The rules and regulations are strictly followed here. This is what that makes it better than any other college. Some of the rules are like mobile phones are not allowed in college campus without the permission of chief proctor. Environment of college is also good.... Read Full Review

    It is a very good decision of my life to pursue my studies with a Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Sciences from SRMS, Bareilly. It's been a semester in this college and I feel much evolved in fields of knowledge, sports, and also my communication skills have improved as never before. Now I have completed my first semester and I have experienced that the college authority and faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They mainly focus on the studies of the students.     I am a student of this college. This is the best engineering college and the faculty present is good. Overall 95% students get placement every year with a minimum package 3.5 LPA. Overall it is a good college for engineering. This college is affiliated to the AKTU university. The college campus is also good.
