Overall Rating
The Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Patna is in Bihar and not so far away from my house so I got admission very easily here. I took admission in the BCA course. The faculties are very nice and create a good environment of teaching around the students. Also the campus of the college is very neat, clean, and hygienic.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BCA here and there are multiple courses available at my college like BA, B.Sc, B.Com BBA, BLIS, and others. You can take admission by filling the admissions form and if your marks of 12th standard are eligible then also you can take admission here. Otherwise other colleges have criteria of minimum 70% marks to get admission here for the bachelor’s degree. The teachers and distance of the college are the main motives for me to enroll in this program as I want to become a software engineer.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties here are highly educated and qualified from different IITs and other top level universities. If we have any doubts from the lectures to the teachers, we can get in touch with them through WhatsApp, Google Meet, and phone calls. They are always available for us at any time and they give their 100% to get the results of the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the placement cell at our institute provides jobs to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college provides hostel facilities on the campus. However, as I stated I am from this city so I don't need any hostel but some of my friends live in that hostel. They are very happy here. The hostel coordinator behaves like family with them and provides them with a gentle and calm environment. The food is made in hygienic ways so that the students don’t get ill.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 6 academic blocks for different courses. Each and every block is looking so attractive there. All the blocks have ACs in their classrooms and the maintenance of these blocks is also very hygienic. The campus is dust and waste free and if anyone is caught they have to pay a penalty.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life here is like other colleges. The crowd is less than usual. There are clubs like the cricket club that I like the most. The clubs here organise fests like the YouTube fanfest where big YouTubers came to meet us. Also other engagement activities are there. There is a ground for cultural and sports activities and the environment here is good.
